Workplace violence is a situation in which a person is abused, threatened, intimidated or assaulted in his or her employment.

Swearing, pranks, arguments, property damage, vandalism, sabotage, theft, physical assaults, psychological trauma, anger-related incidents, r**e, arson and murder are all examples of workplace violence.

โ–บ Avoid escalating the situation. Remain calm and polite, and try to calm the other person.

โ–บ Work towards the best potential solution to the customerโ€™s problem. If resolving the problem is not in your scope of powers, escalate the issue to the appropriate colleague who can handle it.

Awkward postures are deviations of body parts from their neutral position. Awkward body posture leads to exhaustion, discomfort
and increased risk of injury.

Awkward body posture hinders breathing and blood circulation and contributes to musculoskeletal injuries.

Poor workstation design fosters an awkward body posture.

Examples of awkward postures include bending the back during bed making, reaching overhead during cleaning and improper posture while sitting.

Mga Tips Para Maiwasan ang Heartburn / Acid Reflux

1. Bawasan ang pagkain ng mga acidic na pagkain tulad ng gr**efruit, orange, kamatis at s**a
2. May mga nakakaranas ng heartburn kapag kumakain ng maaanghang na pagkain. Iwasan o bawasan muna ito
3. Huwag agad humiga o matulog hanggang tatlong oras pagkatapos kumain. Kapag nakatayo ka o nakaupo, mas bumababa ang pagkain mula sa iyong tiyan at naiiwasan ang acid na magtagal sa iyong tiyan
4. Iwasan ang matataba at mamantikang pagkain dahil trigger sila ng heartburn
5. Iwasan ang pagkain ng chokolate, mint, citrus, catsup at mustard
6. Iwasan o bawasan ang pag-inom ng alak, kape at carbonated drinks
7. Huwag biglaan at sobrang dami kung kumain. Hinay hinay lamang sa pagkain
8. Huwag kumain ng sobrang bilis. Nguyain ng mabuti ang pagkain
9. Huwag nang kumain ng marami ilang oras bago matulog

โœ” Presyon ng dugo sa loob ng 30 araw
โœ” Mga problema sa tiyan sa loob ng 10 araw
โœ” Ang lahat ng mga uri ng Cancer sa 9 na buwan
โœ” Pagbara ng veins sa loob ng 6 na buwan
โœ” Mahina at walang gana sa sexual sa loob ng 10 araw
โœ” Uterus at mga kaugnay na sakit sa loob ng 10 araw
โœ” Mga problema sa ilong, tainga, at lalamunan sa loob ng 10 araw
โœ” Mga problema sa kababaihan sa loob ng 15 araw
โœ” Mga sakit sa puso sa loob ng 30 araw
โœ” Sakit ng ulo / sobrang sakit ng ulo sa loob ng 3 araw
โœ” Cholesterol sa loob ng 4 na buwan

* Ang malamig na tubig ay nakakaapekto sa panloob na mga pader ng tiyan. Nakakaapekto ito sa malaking bituka at nagreresulta sa Cancer.
