Journey on my Freelancing Career!

Thank you for dropping by on my Facebook “business” page.

Just want to share with you my journey on freelancing. Wayback 2017-2018 I already heard about freelancing career, I was curious about what this job is all about. I registered on the Onlinejobs.ph year 2017, tried applying but unfortunately never got hired, well maybe because I wasn’t that serious. I didn’t have that urge to keep sending application.

The year 2019, when I decided to focus and be serious applying on work from home jobs because I want to spend more time with my family, to look after my son and I was tired working in the hospital plus the time I spent on commuting and heavy traffic!

I resigned being a pharmacy assistant, bought basic requirements for home-based jobs: Computer i2 core, noise-cancelling headset and upgraded internet connection to 12mbps (but now it is 16mbps already).

I was serious already and in 2 weeks time, I got hired!!! Yey! But it was just a starting phase, I endured different challenges up to now until I figured out that there’s a lot of things outside my comfort zone.

I love being a general virtual assistant doing admin task, project support, designing, etc. And I know, learnings wouldn’t stop there as I know there is a deeper venture in freelancing world.

One thing I learned from FVA Academy, specifically from Coach Julmar Grace, “You have to embrace changes”. Yes, in the world, there’s a constant change and you have to embrace that and go with it! Never be scared to try and never be scared to fail.

In life, you have to be persevere and work passionately for you to achieve prosperity in different aspects of life.
