I'm currently a one-man team, home-based online bakeshop - from doing the grocery, to baking, to packing, to washing the dishes, and of course to marketing my kids - it's all me. Bald Baker has been a long time personal dream, so please expect everything that comes out of my kitchen to be filled with all the love and passion that I have for the art of baking. The cookies I offer were developed th

rough several test bakes to achieve the soft, chewy, and “bordering on underbaked” texture that I personally LOVE. I opt for high quality ingredients, as well as making a conscious effort to inject locally sourced goods into my recipes whenever possible. Apart from baking, I’m also venturing into my newly found passion for food photography, using my Instagram and blog as an experimental playground. So again, thank you for dropping by, and I hope that you guys get to try our my cookies and enjoy going through the blog entries.

I forgot which set I got, but i think it was the second basic one from the menu. I did get double beef for double gains. Wow! Haha! If you like sukiyaki, you’ll love this. 🫶

Finally tried .philippines and I gotta say, I really enjoyed the food. The waitstaff were super attentive and the food came out fast. 👌🏼

I rarely order deep fried squash blossoms cause they usually end up becoming a sponge for oil, but this was crispy, not greasy, and a just a well balanced starter.

The pizza (we got the thin crust one), was generous with the toppings. Crust was thin (sana naman since thin crust inorder namin - haha) and crispy with nice charred parts.

The Rigatoni pasta (forgot the exact name) and the chicken parm were also quite good. All in all, will definitely come back. 🫶
