👉🏻Up to ₱6 million depending on the member’s capacity to pay, collateral value, and actual need.
👉🏻The loanable amount is largely determined by monthly income and the property’s appraised value.

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬:

📍Pag-IBIG offers affordable interest rates as low as 3% (for socialized housing loans).

📍Regular housing loans have rates ranging from 5.375% to 10%, depending on the chosen loan term and fixing period.

𝐋𝐨𝐚𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐬:

🥰 Members can repay the loan for up to 30 years.

🥰 The term depends on the member’s age and preference, with longer terms resulting in lower monthly payments but higher total interest paid.
