FLAVA: Guilty of V**e Law Violations, Remains Banned
The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) issues this advisory to inform the public that the selling, manufacturing, importing, packaging, and distribution of Flava products remain suspended.
On March 15, Flava Corporation and Lilac Sison Tayaban—operating under the business name “Lilacs V**e Shop” were found to have violated the V**e Law due to flavor descriptors that unduly appeal to minors.
The sale and illegal trade of v**e products, particularly those targeting minors, are prohibited in accordance with the V**e Law.
The DTI urges consumers to report violators by calling the Consumer Care Hotline at DTI (1-384) or by emailing [email protected]
