Experiencing random break downs lately, maybe for the reason of a lot of academic works, personal and family problems and the worse is my insecurities that triggers when it comes to physical looks, life status and number of trusted friends who can comfort you when you need it the most, I feel so unworthy right now, everything about me are devastation, rejection and hundred of failures. This world is the training ground of hell for me.

I just want to share this. There will become a time where all of our present time will become a memory. Kaya dapat sa bawat araw, piliin mo maging maligaya. Happiness is a choice, and choose to be happy. Don't be consumed by bad memories in the past, nangyari na 'yun at 'di na mababago. What you can do is create your future and make a great story. So whenever you fall in life, choose to get back up! Fight and continue to live. Problems will always be there, they are a blessing in disguise if we look on the positive side, it teaches us a lot of things and knowledge that we can carry. Maging matapang tayo at don't be discourage by negative comments, use them to motivate yourself, when no one is motivating you, believe in yourself and inspire to do better than before. The person who can help you in life is none other than YOU. Kaya kahit marami man balakid at painful sa past, piliin mong harapin at 'wag kang matakot sa kahit ano. You are not a prisoner of your mistakes. Tandaan mo rin na hindi ka nag-iisa. Kasama mo palagi si God at sarili mo, mahalin mo ang sarili mo at bumilib ka ng buo. That's two main keys to success. Self love and God, to the dreams that you are praying for. You'll get them, only if you work on them. So good morning everyone today and chase your goals with motivation.

Kung ikaw ay studyante at nababasa mo 'to ngayon. Be a student with a good goal in life. Ang best investment natin sa sarili is Education, kasi magagamit mo 'yan.

Pero gusto ko ipaalala na hindi ibig sabihin papagurin mo ng todo sarili mo tipong nagkukulang ka na sa tulog.

I know studying is quite hard but don't forget to get enough sleep, 'wag ka mag skip ng pagkain mo, 'wag mo masyadong pagurin katawan mo, matuto ka rin magpahinga at 'wag ka masyadong ma-pressure sa paligid mo. Study smart, and don't overwork yourself. Good grades is great but if you are learning it is much better.

You might be stress and tired because there's a lot of school works. I know you've been working hard, that's why I'm proud of you! ❤️

Gawin mo 'yan para sa future mo, sa sarili mo at para sa pamilya mo. But don't forget to rest when you are tired, then continue.
