QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must be 17 to 23 years old during the day of the pageant.
2. With good moral character and must not been convicted of any crimes.
3. Single, has never been pregnant or given birth.
4. Must not have joined any bikini show or any related competition.
5. Neither crowned nor a reigning queen of any LGU in the country.
6. Height Requirement: At least 5โ 4โ barefooted
7. Must be a resident of Sagay City or has a relatives from the city up to the 3rd degree of consanguinity

As I witnessed the beauty of Sagay City, I had a reflection to have a realization where this place should be remained healthy, beautiful, organic, peaceful, and spotless for this place has a lot to offer. By promoting sustainable tourism here in Sagay City I aim to make tourism more beneficial to destinations while minimizing its negative effects and I always aim to inspire all that no matter how big or small things you do as long as its for the common good it is never wasted in fact it will always lead for a positive change and huge impact to the world.
By developing and managing tourism activities that safeguard natural resources, wildlife, and the environment, creating authentic tourist experiences that preserve and celebrate culture and heritage, and providing communities with socio-economic advantages through employment and earning more chances.
We are blessed enough that our past and present leaders remain committed and responsible in all aspects. As a Sinigayan Queen candidate, I will use this platform as an opportunity to be part on achieving this goal and the City of Sagay be seen as a must visit place for everyone.

Equality movement never seek for superiority. Inequality and gender biased norms sadly become one of the worst social problems. Inclusivity opens opportunities not only to the members of third sex, but for all genders.
I, Shystie Mapa, your Sinigayan Queen candidate representing Poblacion 1, taking a step to end the stigma. For women, men, third sex, and young individuals. I am taking this opportunity wholeheartedly to attain the goal for my advocacy, which is "Gender Equality".

"The Greatest Wealth is our Health.", sayings said.
As a nursing student of Northern Negros State College of Science and Technology, I consider health as one of the most significant things we could ever have. A healthy body can allow us to do whatever we want. Nevertheless, one of the major problems in our community is the lack of health education regarding proper hygiene and sanitation which impacts the quality of our life. As supported by Glean (2017), poor hygiene and sanitation have serious effects on our health and our environment.
In line with my academic course, as a Sinigayan Queen candidate, I've arrived at an idea to address this problem regarding our health and environment simply and conveniently. "Community-Led Sanitation for a Healthy Sagaynon.", advocacy focuses on igniting a change in sanitation and hygienic conduct by educating especially youngsters about its effects. Subsequently, it will let them develop essential behaviors that create a safe and hygienic environment for everyone.
During the last few weeks of my advocacy, I've visited several places in the community. Starting from my hometown, Elia T. Canoy Esperancillia Elementary school, Barangay Andres Bonifacio last February 17, 2023, and Valeriana G. Elementary School, Barangay Malubon last March 1, 2023. My target audience ranges from 8- 12 years old. Enlightening the youth and engaging them in health and environmental-related activities such as hand-washing and clean-up drives allows them to develop the skills needed to make decisions and solve complex issues that could make a difference in society.
Lastly, my journey in completing my advocacy made me happy and proud of myself. In a simple act, I was able to influence young individuals with relevant demeanors that can make them bolder. All of these are not possible without the help of my family, friends, trainers, handler, and LGU. Thank you for letting me feel

Bullying can take many forms, but all forms of bullying cause harm or worse. Even if there is no physical contact between a bully and their target, people who are bullied may carry the emotional damage of what they experienced for the rest of their lives. That is why I am committed to put an end to bullying. I choose to stand for the victims of bullying in any form because I myself had experienced bullying in all forms. I've been degraded and trod in the dirt, that is why I'm very determined to put an end in this stigma to protect everyone's mental health. Let's also educate the children while it's still early, because it's easier to build a kid with character than to repair a monster adult
Ending this stigma is a social responsibility that we should take part of. Because a society will never function well if it's full of mentally unstable people. So join me as i take a stand to Stop The Stigma: End Bullying to Shield One's Mental Health.
