𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗪𝗜𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗥 | DILG Capiz Personnel won the 𝗗𝗜𝗟𝗚 𝗛𝘆𝗺𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 as announced on January 25, 2024 at Diversion 21 Hotel, Iloilo.

The song, "Matino, Mahusay, Maasahan", bested 14 other entries from all over the country in a bid to win as the DILG Hymn. The song is a tribute to the men and women of the DILG, highlighting their commitment to Integrity (Matino), Excellence (Mahusay) and Reliability (Maaasahan) and conveying the role of DILG in nation-building towards a peaceful and progressive society.

These recorded Daigon were a product of the PTCAO's cultural mapping and research on Capisnon intangible cultural heritage under the Capiz Institute of Living Traditions, and other research and documentation initiatives with the support of the component Local Government Units in the province through their respective municipal tourism offices such as Dumalag and Panay.
