The snack bar's name, The Edge, has been named due to its location that is near the "edge' of the mountain facing the beautiful Sibuyan Sea. The Edge strips away the rigid formalities of dining while focusing on the quality of food that feels like home, heartful service, and relaxed

casual ambiance. The snack bar draws inspiration from the coconuts trees planted at the Edge of the mountain for having one of the most beautiful scenic views in Roxas City. We serve pica-pica foods and the rest of the special exclusive menus must be booked at least 1 day ahead.
