Kasiglahan Village National High School launched “1 𝙆𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙡𝙖𝙝𝙚𝙣𝙮𝙤𝙨 𝘾𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙣-𝙐𝙥 𝘿𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙚 2.0” in celebration of the school’s 25th Founding Anniversary in synergy with St. Peter Ville Phase 1B Suburban, San Jose, Rodriguez, Rizal, this 𝑵𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓 29,2025.

The program started with an orientation led by 𝙎𝙞𝙧 𝙆𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙤 𝙂𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙤, SSLG Advisor, followed by a coordinated series of clean-up activities facilitated by the 𝗬𝗘𝗦-𝗢 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, the 𝗪𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗦𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 )𝗪𝗠𝗦𝗥𝗣𝗖 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗖𝗼𝗺), and various clubs and organizations of KVNHS.

Student leaders, volunteers, and officers-in-charge proceed to assigned areas to conduct sweeping, waste collection, segregation, and clearing operations.

In line with this school-wide initiative, a Weekly Clean-Up Drive is also being conducted in St. Peter Ville Phase 1B Sub-Urban of Barangay San Jose, Rodriguez, Rizal.

This ongoing project is carried out under the directive of Barangay 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗻 𝗦. 𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮, in partnership with the Benro Department headed by Carillo Benito Mavic, along with the Benro/MRF staff and Barangay Area 6, led by O.I.C. Edgar Degucena.

These efforts collectively highlight the importance of collaboration between the school and the community in promoting cleanliness, discipline, and environmental care for a safer and healthier neighborhood.

𝐍𝐄𝐖𝐒 | 𝗞𝗩𝗡𝗛𝗦 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁

𝗞𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗹𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 (KVNHS) brought literary characters to life and promoted literacy through holding a Cosplay Event yesterday, 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, 𝙖𝙨 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝 𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣.

It started with a parade and ended with the awarding of the Best Cosplayers, where 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙮 𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙂7 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙤, dressed as Pennywise, and 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙢𝙘𝙮 𝘾𝙖𝙥𝙤𝙖𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙂8 𝙅𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙒𝙖𝙩𝙩, dressed as Little Red Riding Hood, had won.

Grade levels from Grade 7 to 10 participated in the event, and with the help of English Club Officers and the English Department, the program went smoothly.

This quarter, we celebrate the journalists of Kasiglahenyos Chronicles who proved that excellence isn’t just found in the stories they write, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙨𝙤 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙙𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙞𝙣 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙢.

The community of Kasiglahan Village National High School came together to celebrate creativity and self-expression at the Spoken Poetry Contest, featuring students from Grade 7, 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝗲𝘁𝘀 from 𝟭:𝟬𝟬 𝗽.𝗺. 𝘁𝗼 𝟯:𝟬𝟬 𝗽.𝗺. on 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.

Ma’am Jenny Lou Claim, English Grade 7 teachers, along with the English Club members, were the people involved in this activity.

With each student taking the stage to present their original work, the Spoken Poetry contest provided a platform for students to share their thoughts and experiences, 𝗳𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆.

The Spoken Poetry Contest at 𝗞𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗹𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 was a testament to the creativity and talent of Grade 7 students; the event not only showcased their poetic abilities but also highlighted the importance of self-expression and community support.

Students from 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝟴 and 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝟵 at Kasiglahan Village National High School participated in a 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 by the 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 to showcase their speaking skills with clarity and creativity, which took place in the Conference Room earlier today.

In celebration of English Month this November, themed "𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙨 𝙖 𝘽𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙜𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙖 𝙁𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙁𝙪𝙡𝙡 𝙤𝙛 𝙃𝙤𝙥𝙚," the English Officers collaborated with the English Department to organize multiple activities, including today's Reader's Theatre.

The activity was guided by 𝙈𝙖’𝙖𝙢 𝙇𝙚𝙖 𝙀𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙖 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙟𝙪𝙙𝙜𝙚𝙨, 𝙈𝙖’𝙖𝙢 𝙅𝙖𝙮𝙘𝙚 𝙈𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖, 𝙈𝙖’𝙖𝙢 𝙋𝙖𝙪𝙡𝙖 𝘾𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙈𝙖’𝙖𝙢 𝙍𝙖𝙥𝙪𝙣𝙯𝙚𝙡 𝙀𝙨𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙤𝙣, along with other 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙚 8 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙨 and 𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙗 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙨.

Moderator Ma'am Marilyn Foronda explained that activities like this allow students to recognize their speaking abilities and encourage them to step out of their comfort zones.

Kasiglahan Village National High School (KVNHS) held Career Guidance 2025, with the theme "𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆", to help G10 students choose a path for their future on November 13 and 14, 2025.

Together with teachers and guest speakers from different schools, they shared the importance of making the right decision when choosing their courses and programs for their career paths.

𝙈𝙖. 𝙇𝙤𝙨𝙮 𝘽. 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙨, a guest speaker, and an alumnus of KVNHS, shared her thoughts about the overall program.

"𝗜𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲, 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗸𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗸𝗼, 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝗺𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝟳𝟱𝟬 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. 𝗜 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗮 𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗵𝗶𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗻𝗮 𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼 𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗮, 𝘀𝗼 𝗜 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗲 𝗻𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗮 𝗸𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗮," Miss Losy stated.

Furthermore, she showcased the struggles of every G10 student who was going through a rough time with their future in mind, she explained that she wants to help these G10 students.

Her message highlights her will to help encourage the students in making the right decision to choose their job and career path in Senior High School and College for a brighter future.

In addition, one of the activities of this Career Guidance Fair includes the different offers from different schools for Grade 10 students to have the opportunity to choose their courses and programs for their upcoming senior high school and college.

Schools such as Village School of Parkwoods, Holy Face of Jesus Lyceum of San Jose, INC., ICCT College, Our Lady of Fatima University, Asian Institute of Computer Studies, Eastern Valley School, Far Eastern University Roosevelt's Rodriguez, Frames of Mind School, Valley High Academy Inc., Westbridge Institute of Technology, INC., Light of Hope Christian Academy, also participated in this activity.

KVNHS commenced this activity to prepare the students for more upcoming programs and activities and to also guide the students in making their decision for their future.

: Ayon sa memorandum na nailabas ng DepEd, magkakaroon ng MID-SCHOOL YEAR WELLNESS BREAK mula October 27-30, 2025 sa mga pampublikong paaralan mula kinder hanggang senior high school sa buong bansa.

Ito ay para makapagpahinga at mag-recharge ang mga mag-aaral pati na rin ang ating teachers sa gitna ng mga kalamidad at mga kaso ng influenza-like illnesses.

Naideklara rin ang October 31, 2025 (Friday) bilang Additional Special Non-Working Day sa buong bansa bilang paggunita sa .

Balik-eskwela tayo sa November 3, 2025, kaya make the most of your break at ingatan ang kalusugan palagi. ✨
