Huge congratulations to our KC Journalists for surviving and grabbing awards in the first quarter of the School Year 2025-2026.

The first quarter is only the 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒋𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒚. More opportunities and experiences have yet to come, and may we enjoy the following quarters!

𝙗𝙮: 𝙆𝙧𝙞𝙨 𝘼𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙌𝙪𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙤, News Editor

In line with the nationwide initiative to strengthen disaster preparedness, students and stakeholders of Kasiglahan Village National High School (KVNHS) participate in the 3rd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) on September 11, 2025, at exactly 4:00 p.m.

Personnel performed the "Duck, Cover, and Hold" procedure to show their alertness amid an earthquake threat.

Moreover, KVNHS student leaders, led by the Senior Red Cross Youth Council (RCY) and guided by the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), take part in mock response exercises in readiness for an emergency.

Mr. Kevin Asumo shares his appreciation for the school population's participation in drills like this that not only secure the students' safety, but also the community.

Through this activity, learners, teachers, and personnel were reminded of the importance of preparedness, presence of mind, and discipline in times of disasters, particularly during an earthquake.

Matapos ang suspensyon ng klase ngayong araw, bukas na ang pagsisimula ng Unang Markahang Pagsusulit. Panahon upang masukat hindi lamang ang ating kaalaman sa klase, kundi pati ang ating sipag, disiplina, at determinasyon.

Tandaan, ang pagsusulit ay hindi lamang tungkol sa marka, kundi tungkol sa pagkatuto at paglago. Mag-aral nang mabuti, gamitin nang tama ang oras, at maniwala sa sariling kakayahan.
