Dai mi nasasabotan asin naotob an Saimong kabotan na atamanon an kinaban.

An kapalibutan nagsasakit huli kan samong mga salang gibo, Asin ngonyan namamatean mi na, an pagdusang-balik kan samong pag-abuso asin kapabayaan. Padagos an labi-labing pag-init kan kinaban. Huli kaini naglalawig an tig-initan;
nagdadakul asin nagkukusog an mga bagyo, uran, baha,
Amen.

NUESTRA SEÑORA DEL PILAR, Ipamibi mo kami!

Identification and Preparation of Safe Alternate
Evacuation for TS "MAN-YI" ("PEPITO")

According to PAGASA, Tropical Storm (TS) "Man-yi is expected to enter PAR early morning of Friday, November 15, 2024 and will be named "Pepito". It is expected to develop into typhoon category as it nears the Philippine landmass and will affect Camarines Sur as early as afternoon of Saturday, November 16, 2024.

During the onslaught of STS "Kristine", severe flooding was observed for areas that have never been flooded affecting several evacuation centers hence there is a need for safe alternative evacuation centers/ kabarangay shelters.

With continuing threat of flooding and expected heavy rains due to "Pepito", to ensure the safety of families vulnerable to the effects of tropical cyclone and flooding, identification and preparation of safe alternative evacuation centers is a must.

The following measures shall be implemented:
1. Identification of safe alternate evacuation centers/kabarangay shelters, within or outside the city/municipality, free from the threat of flooding and landslide and can withstand very strong winds.
2. Prepare all evacuation centers for occupancy of vulnerable population on or before Friday, November 15, 2024.
3. Prepare necessary resources for the conduct of preemptive and mandatory evacuation and send inventory to PDRRMC EOC.
4. Prepare necessary resources for the camp coordination and camp management of these evacuation centers and send inventory to PDRRMC EOC.

For guidance and compliance.
