2025 calls for a fresh start for everybody with new goals and personal resolutions. We hope that joy and accomplishment finds us this year! 🌞

128 na taon na ang nakalipas, sa araw na ito, Disyembre 30, tumindig si Jose Rizal sa Bagumbayan bilang isang Pilipino, at doon mismo rin siya namatay bilang isang bayani. Siya ang naging 𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗴 𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝘂𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗴 𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗯𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 at 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗹𝗮 𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗴-𝗮𝘀𝗮 𝗮𝘁 𝗸𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗮𝗻

As much as we miss seeing our celestial student nurses in campus, we hope everyone is having their well-deserved holiday breaks with their loved-ones!

Taking place at the HSC Building on December 18, 2024, the SNA ExeComm came together, celebrating the spirit of the season. The evening unfolded with a wonderful mix of exciting games, delicious food, and our fun “something soft” exchange gift, creating an atmosphere brimming with laughter and happiness! 🎁

Although we may not have had complete attendance, the warmth and camaraderie of those who were present truly made the celebration special. Each of you contributed to the festivities, highlighting the remarkable strength and unity of our Lukan community.

Last December 12, 2024, we gathered at the TUA Chapel for a heartfelt thanksgiving mass, followed by a delightful tea party at the Henry Noble Gymnasium. Hosted by the St. Luke’s Trinity Nurses Alumni Association, Inc. and Trinity University of Asia, this joyous occasion celebrated the incredible beginning of our newly licensed Trinitian nurses from 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗜𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 ❤️‍🔥

Violence against women is not just a women’s issue— it’s a human issue. On this International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, we, the SLCN Student Nurses Association, stand as advocates for a world where women live free from fear, harm, and injustice. 💜

As future healthcare providers, we witness the deep scars violence leaves— physical, emotional, and psychological. It’s our duty not just to heal but to stand against abuse, inequality, and harm in all forms. Domestic abuse, sexual harassment, human trafficking— none of these belong in a just society.

Change begins with awareness and grows through action. Together, let’s speak out, support survivors, and fight for stronger policies and protections. Violence has no place in our homes, communities, or world. Let’s build a safer, kinder future where every woman is respected and valued.
