Real Life TV or RLTV Entertainment Production started with a dreamer with the goal of helping talented people to have the chance in having a career in the music and entertainment industry since it has already been their passion and their experiences plus connections in the Philippine Entertainment Industry had made them decide in pursuing this company. Real Life TV Entertainment Production is registered under Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) with DTI Number: 03574187 from April 30, 2015 to April 30, 2020. Abad, wherein he has huge passion and background in the music and entertainment industry. ABAD started his career and passion in the events, entertainment, production and marketing experiences in 2004 when he started Road to the Best Talents and Events (RDB) company in Muntinlupa City thus upgraded it with another company named Achieved Your Dream Talent Profile and Management (AY DREAM TALENT PROFILE & MANAGEMENT) located in Binan, Laguna. He has created so many events and has been appointed as National Director to so many national and International events which are listed as follows:

Aside from creating events, Mr. Abad has also directed and produced a Movie Entitled “SPOKEN WORDS”, which premieres last August 25, 2018 in SM City North Edsa, Cinema 6. Direk Ronald Abad is a Member of Kapisanan ng Direktor ng Pelikulang Pilipino (KDPP) and Philippine Motion Pictures Director Association (PMPDA).
