Runes:
Lith-Wat - Constantly casting Decrepify ( Necro Skill ) as long as your not moving
Cir-Kry - will cast Vortex ( Spiritborn Skill ) as you continue to pummel enemies with Mighty Throw.
- This build favors high monster density areas such pits, infernal hordes etc.
- The more damage you take the better as Invigorating fury will heal you and you gain resource in the process ( Starlight Aspect )
- As long as you're hitting pack of mobs or taking a lot of hits resource will regenerate

Leap Vortex - Diablo 4 - Season 6 PTR
Leap makes it way back to being usable in the latest PTR for diablo IV season 6, Vessel of Hatred. Leap your way into hordes of demons and deal tons of damage while having fun.
Build utilizes Ramaladnis magnum opus combined with critical strike damage and heavy cooldown reduction and of course the new paragon board, Force of Nature. I'm using Yul-Kry rune (Vortex) for pulling in enemies that maximizes all of my aspects and dealing very high damage to close enemies. Infinite Damage! - Diablo 4 - Season 6 PTR
This build focuses on three things. attackspeed, maximum life and whirlwind. the tricky part is you have to get atleast 30 ranks to tough as nails to get the scaling fast enough to get the build going.

Technically, you'll start by holding down the Whirlwind skill and attacking stacks of mobs to activate Tough as Nails and Barbed Carapace, both of which are being channeled by Whirlwind. I believe the bug is that Whirlwind, as a channeling skill, continually snapshots these effects repeatedly, causing the thorns damage produced by Tough as Nails to be applied continuously. This damage is then scaled by Barbed Carapace to deal 100% more damage every second. That's my theory.
