How to receive anything we ask?

1 John 3:22-23 says

22 ..receive from Him anything we ask, because we keep his commands and do what pleases him.

23 And this is his command: to believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and to love one another as he commanded us.

"The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever." 1 John 2:17

So what is the will of God?

1. Salvation for All:
God desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4).

2. Sanctification and Holiness:
It is God's will that believers be sanctified, avoiding immorality and living holy lives (1 Thessalonians 4:3).

3. Rejoicing, Prayer, and Gratitude:
God's will includes rejoicing always, praying continually, and giving thanks in all circumstances (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18).

4. Doing Good:
God's will involves doing good and silencing ignorance by living exemplary lives (1 Peter 2:15).

5. Following Christ’s Example:
Believers are called to conform to the image of Jesus Christ, reflecting His character and love (Romans 8:29).

Father God, help us in our walk with you. Direct us and give us the wisdom to walk in your ways that are aligned with your will. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Hindi naman sa pinag-ooverthink kita no?

But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything done in it will be laid bare. 2 Peter 3:10

So choose LIFE, choose Jesus Christ - who claimed that He is the WAY and the TRUTH. No one comes to the Father except through Him. Put your trust and faith in Him before it's too late. He knows and He understands what you are thinking "di ko pa magive up ang sinful ways ko" or "di pa ako ready to commit". Wag ka na muna mag-overthink, accept Him now, and you can figure it out together with Him. It might not be easy, but nothing is too difficult for our Lord.

Eksena sa playground kanina…

Ale: Kambal sila?
Me: Opo kambal
Ale: Kapatid mo sila?
Me:Anak ko po..
Ale: Ang bata mo pa 🙂
Me: Speechless na hihi…

Akala ata nung Ale batang ina ako eh 😅.. di nya alam may panganay pa akong mas malaki pa sa twins.. baka mas magtaka ilang taon ako nag-asawa 🤣.

But anyway, this is a compliment for me. I’m flattered!

Meaning mas bumabata ako, hindi ako mukhang stress sa edad ko. Alagang Rain Oppus ayiii!

Kapag lumalabas din kasi kami sa playground di naman ako nagmemake-up.. papawisan lang kasi at nagbabadminton kami.
