LOOK: Our Sheriffs in collaboration with our Provincial Agrarian Reform Adjudicators (PARADs) and Regional Agrarian Reform Adjudicators (RARADs) are hard at work during the Focus Group Discussion for the Manual of Instructions for the Sheriff.✌️

The crafting of Manual of Instructions for the Sheriff is one of the many initiatives of the DARAB to streamline the process of implementation and ex*****on of agrarian cases. The aim is to enhance efficiency and foster public accountability by minimizing the delays in the ex*****on of cases.

The 18-day campaign to end violence against women (VAW) is a collective action toward creating a safer and more equitable environment for women across the Philippines.

Over 3,000 Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOAs) were distributed to 3,202 Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) in Davao del Norte, granting them ownership of 3,109 hectares of land. The event, held on November 12, 2024, in Panabo City, marks a pivotal step in securing long-term livelihoods for farmers, offering them the opportunity to increase agricultural productivity, achieve financial stability, and improve their quality of life.

For the ARBs who received their CLOAs, these land titles allow them to harness the potential of their land fully, leading to greater economic independence and a brighter future for their families. This is a testament to the government's continued commitment to agrarian reform, providing farmers with the resources and support needed to thrive and contribute to the nation's agricultural growth and food security.

LOOK: DAR’s proposed 2025 budget was SWIFTLY APPROVED in the Senate!✌️

The Senate swiftly approved the Department of Agrarian Reform’s (DAR) proposed 2025 budget amounting to ₱10.090 billion, an increase of 24.86% or ₱2.009 billion from the current year’s level.

Senator Cynthia Villar, who sponsored the budget during the plenary session on Monday, November 18, 2024, emphasized the importance of sustaining agrarian reform efforts to improve the lives of farmer-beneficiaries who plays a vital role in ensuring the nation’s food supply.

DAR Secretary Conrado M. Estrella III expressed gratitude for the Senate’s support, stating that the budget will enable DAR to accelerate land distribution, provide additional training and resources for farmers, and further strengthen agrarian reform initiatives. The agency’s proactive efforts in the implementation of the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) were recognized as key drivers of sustainable development in the countryside.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 07, Series of 2024 of the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), ONLY the parties to a case and those who are authorized by a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) by the party concerned shall have access to information and/or documents relating to all cases handled and processed by the DARAB.

In line with this, anyone who fails to present the required proof of identification shall be denied access to any information pertaining to a specific case. Strict compliance is a must!

The Plaque of Recognition was awarded to the DAR on October 22, 2024, at the Minister's Conference Room, DAR Central Office.

The Clientele Relations Service (CRS) under the Legal Affairs Office (LAO) is the frontline office that caters to public queries and assistance to all DAR Stakeholders.

Government work has been suspended for three consecutive days due to Typhoon Kristine! In line with this, the Department of Agrarian Reform Adjudication Board will be back to serve you on Monday, October 28, 2024!

Stay safe and dry! 🇵🇭

Due to the raising of Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal Nos. 1, 2 and 3 in most areas of Luzon in view of the persistent intense rainfall and strong winds brought about by Severe Tropical Storm “Kristine,” to further aid in the rescue, relief, and recovery efforts of the government, and upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, work in government offices and classes at all levels in Luzon are hereby suspended on 25 October 2024.

​Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital services are hereby directed to continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The localized cancellation or suspension of classes and/or work in government offices in other areas may be implemented by their respective Local Chief Executives, pursuant to relevant laws, rules and regulations.

​The suspension of work for private companies and offices is left to the discretion of their respective heads.

Due to the onslaught of Typhoon Kristine, government work and classes in all levels in Luzon has been suspended. In line with this, the Department of Agrarian Reform Adjudication Board (DARAB) will resume
operations tomorrow, October 25, 2024!

Let us prioritize each other’s safety during this trying time. Stay indoors and make sure to stay safe and dry! 🙏

Work in government offices and classes at all levels in Luzon have been suspended on Oct. 24, 2024, due to the expected continuous rainfall due to Severe Tropical Storm Kristine, Malacañang has said.

In view of today’s work suspension, the DARAB will resume operations tomorrow!

In view of the inclement weather brought about by Tropical Storm “Kristine” affecting the whole country, particularly the Island of Luzon, work in government offices and classes at all levels in Luzon are hereby suspended on 23 October 2024.

However, those agencies whose functions involve the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital services shall continue with their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work for private companies and offices is left to the discretion of their respective heads.
