You harp on technicalities and timelines as if they’re your golden ticket to discredit a Supreme Court decision. Pero teka, you conveniently ignore the fact that the Constitution and jurisprudence are not subject to your calendar of feelings.
Yes, Tito Sotto raised points... but let’s not pretend this turns him into a constitutional oracle overnight. And let’s not overhype it like he just wrote the Bar exam questions. Also, your blind praise of Sotto while calling Marcoleta a 'so-called lawyer' only exposes your intellectual inconsistency. If you hate DDS, just say that. Don’t dress it up as legal enlightenment.
At the end of the day, you’re not really making a legal argument, you’re campaigning on Facebook Live. The Supreme Court doesn’t issue rulings based on your tweets, your bias, or your outrage.
