"Jesus Falcis praising Tito Sotto for ‘sounding like a lawyer’ is like congratulating a weatherman for predicting sunshine in the middle of a drought. Congrats, you found common sense.. finally.
You harp on technicalities and timelines as if they’re your golden ticket to discredit a Supreme Court decision. Pero teka, you conveniently ignore the fact that the Constitution and jurisprudence are not subject to your calendar of feelings.
Yes, Tito Sotto raised points... but let’s not pretend this turns him into a constitutional oracle overnight. And let’s not overhype it like he just wrote the Bar exam questions. He made a political statement, not a legal precedent. And that’s fine, because that’s what politicians do. You, however, are trying to pass off your biased commentary as gospel truth. Sorry, but Twitter clout doesn’t make you Chief Justice.
You cry "Grabe!" like some great injustice has been exposed.. pero ang totoo, grabe lang talaga pagka-dilawan ng analysis mo. You scream "Supreme Court is wrong!" but offer zero legal weight to overturn it, just drama and selective facts.
Also, your blind praise of Sotto while calling Marcoleta a 'so-called lawyer' only exposes your intellectual inconsistency. If you hate DDS, just say that. Don’t dress it up as legal enlightenment.
At the end of the day, you’re not really making a legal argument, you’re campaigning on Facebook Live. The Supreme Court doesn’t issue rulings based on your tweets, your bias, or your outrage.
So next time, before you start patting yourself on the back for spotting what you think is a constitutional error, try getting over your Duterte obsession first, it’s clouding your legal lens. Until then, you're just another keyboard warrior in lawyer cosplay."
