One day not too long ago the employees of a large company in St. Louis , Missouri returned from their lunch break and were greeted with a sign on the front door.

The sign said: "Yesterday the person who has been hindering your growth in this company passed away. We invite you to join the funeral in the room that has been prepared in the gym."

At first everyone was sad to hear that one of their colleagues had died, but after a while they started getting curious about who this person might be. The excitement grew as the employees arrived at the gym to pay their last respects.

Everyone wondered: "Who is this person who was hindering my progress? Well, at least he’s no longer here!"
One by one the employees got closer to the coffin and when they looked inside it they suddenly became speechless.

They stood over the coffin, shocked and in silence, as if someone had touched the deepest part of their soul.

There was a mirror inside the coffin: everyone who looked inside it could see himself. There was also a sign next to the mirror that said:

"There is only one person who is capable to set limits to your growth: it is YOU."


YOU are the only person who can revolutionize your life.

YOU are the only person who can influence your happiness, your realization and your success.

YOU are the only person who can help yourself.

Your life does not change when your boss changes, when your friends change, when your parents change, when your company changes.

Your life changes when YOU change, when you go beyond your limiting beliefs, when you realize that YOU ARE the only one responsible for your life.

Growth is happening, just in ways you can't always see. You might be learning lessons, building strength, or preparing yourself for something bigger that’s coming down the road. Trust that things will unfold at the right time, even if it’s not on your schedule.

Every small step, every challenge, and every quiet moment is part of the journey, shaping you into who you’re meant to be. So don’t rush or compare your path to others. But having faith means trusting that there’s a bigger plan in place. God knows what’s best for us, and even though we might not see it right now, there’s a promise that something better is coming our way. Just like when a door closes, another one opens, God’s blessings can come in ways we didn’t expect.

It’s important to hold on to hope and believe that, in time, the things we’ve lost will be replaced with even greater opportunities or gifts. 💛🙏

𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗜’𝗺 𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿.

It might be tough and sometimes feel like it’s not making a difference, but I know that all this effort is going to pay off. Next year, I believe I’ll be living a completely different life, one that’s better and more fulfilling.

All the sacrifices, long hours, and dedication I’m putting in now are setting me up for a future where I’ll be able to look back and see just how far I’ve come. It’s like planting seeds today that will grow into something amazing over time.

So, even though the grind can be challenging, it’s worth it because it’s all leading to a big change. I’m working hard now to create a life that’s completely different from where I am today, and I’m excited to see the results of all this effort. 💪🌟

It’s easy to get comfortable or lose focus once you’ve received what you asked for, but this is the moment when your hard work matters the most.

Think about how much you wanted this, how much you asked for it, and how grateful you felt when it finally arrived. Let that gratitude drive you to give it your all, to stay motivated, and to push through any challenges that come your way.

Success doesn’t come from simply wishing for something, it comes from dedicating yourself, staying disciplined, and working consistently toward your goals.
