1V Esports (2nd Application Series) - May 2024 (due on Friday on the 24th)
Please fill out each sections and subsections as best as you can. This process is also referral-centered process. Make sure your referrer is aware that you have applied. THEY WILL BE ASKED! Application form will be disabled on Friday May 24th, 11:59 AM (midnight). SPOTS IN THE CLAN ARE LIMITED!!! IF YOU ARE NOT REMOTELY CLOSE TO ANY OF THE SPECIFIED REQUIREMENTS OR HAVE PARTICIPATED WITH "GIVE 'N' TAKES" (GNT) MATCH-FIXING FOR YOUR L.B. GUN, THEN WE WILL NOT EVEN ENTERTAIN YOUR APPLICATIONS.
*** Please note: Two (2) weeks after the application due date, the qualified applicants will be added to a group chat (GC). Please check you spam or message requests.

Phase 2: Recruitment Team Review of Applicants' Requirements and Background Check
Phase 3: 1V Esports Official Members' Review of Background Check
Phase 4: Interview Session (Each qualified applicant will be added to a temporary group chat)

Double Gun LB: Top 10 and Above (One Weapon Required Only)

Content Creator Only: 3,000+ Followers with Daily Postings
Streamer Only: 3,000+ Followers with 4x Weekly Streams
