CHICKEN PASTIL (pwede pang baon sa school)
Ingredients
1/2 kilo Chicken Breast
1 small sized red onion
2tbsp Seasoning powder
1 cup Vegetable Oil
2 small sized red onion
1 bulb garlic
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tsp asuete
2 tsp Vinegar
black pepper powder
1 tbsp brown sugar red chilli (optional) After Boiling it, let cool then when it’s cool down Shredded the chicken
In a pan Add 1/4cups oil (depends on you if you want more oil you can add more ) Then turn on the fire
Add 1/4 cup Minced garlic
Add 1 half cut onions medium size cut into small pieces then fry it for about 30 seconds then Add 3/4 teaspoons asuette
After 1 minute Add The shredded chicken followed by Ground Black Pepper 3 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoons oyster sauce cook for 10 minutes in a low heat after 10 minutes Add 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar 4 tablespoon salted butter the let cook again for 10 minutes.

BEST HOMEMADE SALSA EVER

Ingredients

1 can (28 ounce) whole tomatoes with juice
2 cans (10 ounce) Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 whole jalapeño, quartered and sliced thin
1/4 tsp.salt
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 c. cilantro (more to taste!)
1/2 whole lime juice
Directions
Combine whole tomatoes, Rotel, onion, jalapeno, garlic, salt, cumin, lime juice, and cilantro in a blender or food processor. Pulse until you get the salsa to the consistency you'd like—I do about 10 to 15 pulses. Test seasonings with a tortilla chip and adjust as needed.
Refrigerate salsa for at least an hour. Serve with tortilla chips or cheese nachos.

Savory Slow Cooker Chicken Breasts with Gravy!

Slow Cooker Chicken Breasts with Gravy is the ultimate comfort food. Easy crockpot recipe for tender chicken and easy gravy made with cream of chicken soup.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups water
2 packets chicken gravy mix
1 1/4 cup Condensed Chicken Soup
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
3 whole chicken breasts , boneless skinless (about a pound)
1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, black pepper and salt.
In slow cooker, whisk together the water, gravy packets, condensed chicken soup, garlic powder, salt, paprika and pepper until smooth
Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker and flip on both sides to coat well.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
When done, carefully remove chicken, shred or cut as desired.
Whisk the sour cream into the slow cooker until smooth and serve over chicken.

SINUGLAW RECIPE 1 kg Pork Liempo, sliced
2 sachets 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
1/2 tsp coarse black pepper
Sauce:
Combine – 2 tbsp MAGGI Savor Barbeque
1/2 cup vinegar
1 small onion minced
1 small cucumber sliced
2 pcs Siling haba, sliced
2 pcs green tomatoes INSTRUCTIONS:
Marinate liempo in MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and pepper for about 1 hour.

Grill over hot coals until browned and crisp then dice.

Toss into prepared sauce and serve right away.
