FAQ's

1. What are the submission eligibility requirements for recordings?
Recordings must be released between Feb 1, 2024, and January 31, 2025
To be eligible, recordings must be made available as a digital recording, either for sale or via a recognized streaming service. Recordings must be released via general distribution, defined as the nationwide release of a recording via brick and mortar stores, third-party online retailers, and/or applicable digital streaming services. Applicable streaming services are paid subscriptions, full catalog, on-demand streaming/limited download platforms that have existed for at least one week as of the submission deadline.

Note: To be considered an album, recordings must contain at least five different tracks and a total playing time of 15 minutes or total playing time of at least 30 minutes with no minimum track requirement. Recordings (albums/singles) must be available to the public as stand-alone purchases or audio-only streams.

2. When can I submit entries for consideration?
Nov. 4, 2024 - Nov. 30, 2024

3. Who can vote for the first IMMAWARDS?
The IMMAWARDS is voted by judges and your fans!

4. Can I submit one artist or song in different categories?
Yes

5. What is the itinerary of IMMAWARDS 2025?
Online Entry Process Period: Nov. 4, 2025
Nominations Announcement: Dec. 5, 2025
First-Round Voting: Dec. 6, 2025
Final-Round Voting: Feb. 26, 2025 - March. 9, 2025
