The frame provided was pre-used with a thin, low-quality bike skin, requiring a thorough and detailed preparation process before applying top-tier protection. Here's how I ensured exceptional results: Skin Removal: Carefully removed the old, low-quality bike skin and the excessive adhesive it left behind.Bike Wash & Detailing: Conducted a deep clean, removing grease, acid water stains, and contaminants using specialized detailing chemicals. Ultrasonic chain cleaning and a 3M clay treatment ensured a flawless surface.Premium Protection: Applied XPEL ULTIMATE Plus 10, a top-end elastomeric polyurethane film with 10 mils of thickness, for superior durability and protection. All PPF film parts were custom-measured and laser-cut to guarantee accuracy and seamless installation. Dry & Infrared Curing: Power-dried the bike, then used an infrared lamp to cure the film, locking in a long-lasting, high-quality finish.
