There's this one post in tiktok that stops me.
"Hindi na marami ang tubig ng instant noodles"
And that hits me, ang dami na palang nagbago nakakausad na pala kahit pa unti unti.

I had to read all the comments in that post.
"Sawsawan na yung toyo hindi na ulam"
"Hindi na magsisinungaling sina mama at papa na busog sila"
"May coke na kahit walang bisita"
"You can buy now jollibee, kahit walang okasyon"
"Hindi na itutulog ang pasko at new year"
"May cake na sa birthday"
"Hindi na naghihintay mabigyan ng lumang damit at sapatos ng pinsan"
"Cravings na lang ang sardinas"
"nakakapag grocery na yung batang inuutusan dati mangutang ng itlog at noodles sa tindahan"

And while reading this comments, I can't stop my tears. Kasi ganitong ganito din ako dati. I'm so proud by looking at all the comments.
It might still be a long way to go, but a lot of progress had already made. Acknowledge every progress, hindi mo man napapansin pero malayo ka na.

In life we might not get the things according to our plan but be patience because we cannot have it all at once. And to those who still fight their own battles, be patient I know soon all your hardworks would paid off kaya mo yan. I hope we all win in life!! Ctto

Ang bounce back sa buhay ay mahalaga dahil nagbibigay ito ng pagkakataon na matuto mula sa mga pagkakamali at hamon, lumago bilang isang tao, at magkaroon ng mas malakas na pananaw sa buhay.

Narito ang ilang mga dahilan kung bakit mahalaga ang bounce back:

- Pagkakataong Matuto: Ang mga pagkabigo at hamon ay mga pagkakataon para matuto. Sa pamamagitan ng pag-aaral mula sa ating mga pagkakamali, maiiwasan natin ang pag-ulit ng parehong mga pagkakamali sa hinaharap.
- Paglago at Pag-unlad: Ang bounce back ay nagpapakita ng kakayahan na umangkop sa mga pagbabago at hamon sa buhay. Ito ay nagpapahintulot sa atin na lumago bilang mga tao at maging mas matatag sa harap ng mga pagsubok.
- Mas Malakas na Pananaw: Ang pagdaan sa mga pagsubok ay nagbibigay sa atin ng mas malalim na pag-unawa sa buhay. Natututo tayong pahalagahan ang mga bagay na mayroon tayo at mas nagiging matatag sa harap ng mga paghihirap.
- Pag-asa at Pagiging Positibo: Ang bounce back ay nagpapakita ng pag-asa at pagiging positibo. Kahit na tayo ay nakaranas ng mga pagkabigo, mayroon pa ring pagkakataon na magsimula muli at makamit ang ating mga layunin.

Tandaan na ang bounce back ay hindi madali. Kailangan ng pasensya, pagtitiyaga, at suporta mula sa mga mahal sa buhay. Ngunit sa pamamagitan ng pagsisikap at pagiging matatag, maaari tayong lumago at magtagumpay sa buhay.
