Bureau of Corrections Director General Gregorio Pio Catapang said the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) are studying the possibility of integrating the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP).

Inaprubahan na ng Commission En Banc ang mga rehistrasyon ng online campaign platforms para sa mga kandidato at partidong nakasunod sa lahat ng kailangan sa darating na National and Local Elections 2025 at sa halalan para sa Parlyamento ng Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), ayon sa COMELEC Minute Resolution No. 25-0167 na may petsang February 7, 2025.

Ayon sa resolusyong ito, ang mga kandidato at mga partido na itinuturing na "fully compliany" sa mga alituntunin ng COMELEC ay pinahihintulutan na gamitin ang kanilang mga registered online campaign platform para sa kanilang pangangampanya.

Layunin nitong matiyak na ang lahat ng aktibidad sa kampanya sa internet ay naaayon sa itinakdang mga regulasyon at transparent sa publiko.
