Morning prayer

Get thee up into the top of Pisgah, and lift up thine eyes westward, and northward, and southward, and eastward, and behold it with thine eyes: for thou shalt not go over this Jordan. But charge Joshua, and encourage him, and strengthen him: for he shall go over before this people, and he shall cause them to inherit the land which thou shalt see.

Inspiration

Moses was disallowed to enter the land of promise due to his disobedience to God in striking instead of speaking to a rock out of which God brought life-giving water. But God let him see the whole land from the top of Mount Pisgah by the Jordan River. Then Moses was to help Joshua who would carry on in his place and lead Israel into the land, while he himself would pass away and go to his Heavenly home.

Prayer

Let us remember, Lord, the importance of encouraging and strengthening the next generation that will someday fill our shoes. Let us see the great importance of Christian education, instruction of children at Church and at home, and of training new leaders for your ministry. Give us a focus beyond our own self-improvement, that reaches to influencing others to do great things for your name. Amen.

Inspiration
There may be times when you struggle with knowing what to do in a situation. You may have been placed in this situation so that you will seek the Lord and find him. When we begin to think we are self-sufficient, we forget to seek God and turn more inwardly. This is a mistake! We should always seek our savior first above all else. He is always near to us and willing and able to give us more than we could ever need. When you need help, seek him and you will find him.

Dear God, help me to be more focused on you than I am on myself. Do not let me fall into the trap of believing I can do things on my own and that I do not need you. You are all I need, O Lord. ▶️VIA BUS: Ride a bus from Cebu South Bus Terminal going to Pinamungahan. Drop off at Bugsay Public Beach Resort. After, naa ray mga musugat sa Bugsay Beach Resort muask if magpa-Campalabo ba (Public Motor Banca). Fare for Banca is around 150-200 Pesos each person back and forth. Ride from Bugsay Beach Resort to Campalabo Islet is approx 30min
