DISCIPLINE , PERSISTENCE , and SELF-LOVE: these are the values life has taught me over the past few months.
It wasn’t an easy journey, obviously. I had to go through uncomfortable situations, hear hurtful words from people criticizing me, and endure a series of mental breakdowns. But I had to be strong enough to face these challenges and take everything for myself and not against me because I wanted to become better—not just for myself but also because I want to make my country proud in my upcoming competition, @officialmisterinternational.
Before meeting @lucasschlachteroff , I thought I was enough, but this guy was so real with me that it even made me cry every time we talked about my physique.
To the @misterpilipinasworldwide Kings, especially my brothers @espiritubrandon and @johannes_rissler, I appreciate the guidance.
@empireph.mercator and @surgelifestyleph, I’m truly grateful for the support I got from you.
Some of you might not be satisfied with the progress I’ve made, but I’m just really proud of myself and grateful to the people who truly supported me in my physique journey.
I hope this story will inspire others to want to become better—not just because they have a competition to prepare for, but because they want to.
