Nostalgic Feels: The Time a Caroler Serenaded Our Baby Store
So, hereโs a memory na hindi ko makakalimutan: isang random caroler, with her ukulele, standing in front of our now-closed baby store.
Sniff. Sniff.
Walang ka-plan-plan, she started singing the ABS-CBN Station ID song na sobrang uso noong time na โyun.
Literal na โPinoy Christmas vibesโ ang peg!
Naalala ko โto dahil nakita ko ulit yung lumang reel sa phone ko, and wow - sobrang nostalgic.
It wasnโt just about the store being lively or having customers browsing around.
It was about moments like this - unexpected, heartwarming, and genuinely Filipino.
The Caroler with a Ukulele
Sino ba mag-aakala na ang simpleng caroling sa harap ng shop could become such a memorable moment?
โDi ba usually nakakahiya o awkward pag ganito?
Pero hindi, nag-enjoy pa kami.
She sang her heart out, and alam mo โyung feeling na parang may โspirit of Christmasโ talaga na bumalot sa shop?
Grabe, ang saya.
And yes, na-convert pa namin siya to a customer - bumili siya ng baby clothes para daw sa inaanak niya!

For me, the guilt creeps in when I miss bedtime stories or a school activity because of work.
I know Iโm working hard to help my husband provide for my family, but that doesnโt always quiet the voice in my head asking, โ๐๐ฎ ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฐ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ฐ๐ถ๐จ๐ฉ?โ

Hereโs what Iโve learned along the way - coping with mom guilt isnโt about being perfect; itโs about being present and intentional.

These days, ang hirap kasi maging productive. With all the noise from Social Media, never-ending to-do list, it's easy to lose focus.
Some will say, "Eh time management lang โyan." Sure, pero honestly, nasa drive din. Itโs about wanting to crush it, hindi lang basta matapos.
So if you had a week na chef's kiss on both work and life, give yourself some props.
Pero light flex langโkasi next week, ang dami pa ring ganap! ๐

Just woke up from the wildest nightmare โ someone closed my MacBook with something still on the keyboard at nabasag yung screen ๐ฑ I legit jumped out of bed and checked the laptop right away๐ฉ
Lesson of the day: Donโt leave your charger, pen, or that one random snack on the keyboard (I don't though). Your MacBook at kung ano mang laptop meron ka - deserves better, and so does your wallet. ๐ธ๐
Protect the screen like it's your baby because trust me, the repair bill is a horror story you donโt want to experience in real life! ๐ป
