Milk Cake Saffron, A truly luxurious bake that feeds a crowd, this pudding-y cake resembles tres leches except the milk soak is infused with floral, earthy saffron. The sponge cake is light and airy enough that it can drink up the sweet and creamy milk mixture without a long soak time. While just an hour of soaking will do the trick, the dessert tastes best cool, so aim for 4 hours in the fridge. Serve with a generous dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of saffron and thick saffron sauce.

Bilo-bilo is a Filipino dessert made of small glutinous balls in coconut milk and sugar. Then jackfruit, saba bananas, various tubers, and tapioca pearls are added. Bilo bilo's origin is in Luzon, which is the northern Philippines Island.

Dalgona Coffee
Here's my take on the trending Dalgona coffee.

INGREDIENTS:

2 tbsp. coffee powder (or granules)
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. hot water
3/4 cup. full fat full cream milk or almond milk
5 pcs. ice cubes

PROCEDURE:

1. Combine coffee powder, sugar and hot water. Whisk until frothy and stiff. With wire whisk, it takes around 5 minutes to achieve stiff consistency. You can use electric hand mixer for easier and faster mixing.

2. ASSEMBLY: Add some ice cubes in a glass. Add full cream full fat milk or almond milk. Then top with creamy coffee mixture then garnished with coffee powder.
