Las year, I was so desperate to sign clients even if they aren't aligned with my values and I ended up being so stressed and unmotivated. Until I realized, it doesn't have to be that way. I don't want to attract those types of clients anymore. So I changed how I do things in my business. Before...
🚩 I say yes to every offer I receive without checking if we're compatible.
🚩 I was underpaid and unappreciated.
🚩 I allowed some of them to micro-manage me thinking that it will all be worth it.
Now...

💪🏻 I positioned myself in front of people who I want to be and work with in the future.
🚫 I learned to say NO to things that won't help me grow.

When major social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram launched their reels feature, we know it’s game on for every business owner and creator out there. This opened a lot of opportunities to express themselves without overthinking every little detail.
Here’s the thing. Not all of us are born camera ready. One of my clients told me before that she can handle talking to her clients in person or in Zoom meetings but what she can’t handle is her trying to film herself making reels. 🥹
I feel her. I feel you. Because that’s how I felt when I first tried filming myself. A 10-sec clip took me an hour to film... sometimes I end up not doing it at all. Why? Because I was constantly overthinking. 🤯
👁 I was afraid people might judge me or my reel won’t get any likes or new follows.
👁 My face will look fat on camera.
Until I uploaded my first reel... guess what? All the things that I was afraid of, it didn’t happen. It was all in my head. 🥹
Not everyone likes you and that’s okay! It’s not your job to please everybody. It’s not your responsibility to be everything to everyone. Remember, you’re a business. You’re here for the people who need your services. That’s who you want to attract.

A few days before Christmas my client messaged me and told me she wanted to hit pause on posting for short while. 2022 was a blast for all of us! We had an amazing year, we hit our target goals but...
