Each year, the quality of participants in the FJ Moto Mountaincross Content Creator Awards continues to rise. What started as a simple intention to showcase the landscapes and stories experienced by each member has grown into a deeper and more meaningful participation in this awards program. This year, we have added more award categories to further honor the exceptional skills of adventure riders in the art of documentary filmmaking. We are excited to officially announce the FJ Moto Mountaincross Content Creator Awards 2025.

Categories:
FILM AWARDS
1. Best Documentary Film (45-60mins max) **
2. Best Story
3. Best Cinematography
4. Best Short Film (15-30mins max)

Best Documentary Film Rules and regulation:
1. Entries should be relatively long-form with a minimum of 45 minutes and a maximum of 60 minutes with at least an HD resolution of 1080p. A documentary is a non-fiction piece of film that captures reality, educates, and/or communicates a message. Narration and dialogue can enhance coherence but are not required.
2. Entries may submitted by Individual riders or by Teams.
3. All Content Creators shall give FJ Moto Enduro the right to share and use submitted entries in all our Social Media platforms.
4. No individual or team participant for the Content Creator awards are allowed to hire or bring their own production crew during the entire challenge
5. Participants in the Documentary film category will have 25 days to submit their entries, with no extensions allowed.

Documentaries will be judged according to the following criteria.
Storytelling and Structure: 30%
Historical Accuracy and Coherence: 20%
Communication of Mountaincross Event: 20%
Technical Quality: 20%
Emotional Impact: 10%

PHOTOGRAPHY AWARDS
1. Raddest Action Pitik - Dynamic still that shows motion and adrenaline
2. Epic Hero Shot - Striking portrait of a rider and steed, fit for a painting
3. Best Moto Landscape - Inspiring motorcycle travel photo giving justice to the scenery
4. Sexiest Gear P**n - Showcase of adventure-appropriate apparel, accessories, luggage, parts, tools etc.
5. Best Outdoor Lifestyle Photo - Showcases of the essence of moto camping
6. Squad Goals - Group photo of a minimum of at least three riders in frame.
7. Bird's Eye View - Aerial shot from a drone or high vantage point
8. Coolest Screencap - Screen grab off footage from a Gopro, Insta 360, or equivalent action cam
9. Budolgram - Capture of gnarly off-roading, showing terrain and heart.
10. Most Ridiculous Blooper - Whacky spoof, funny pose, or hilariously awkward mistake.
11. Inner Child - Portrayal of the undying inner compass at the heart of every curious and fun-loving adventurer.

First ride as a team for the upcoming fjmoto mountaincross adventure challenge. Very interesting experience given the diverse mix of personalities. At first everyone was just riding individually, but after few short calibrations and finding rhythm, we started riding in sync. There's long way to go, but I think we will be ready in 23 days. One thing for sure, it will be fun and exciting journey riding with these men, solid 🤙

One feature I discovered while using the Cardo Packtalk Edge is that you’re able to record conversations, here's a sample- crisp and useable audio! naka mx helmet pako nyan. Very very handy for blackmailing buddies about the things they say during the ride ha ha. You know what goes into a Cardo conversation, right Ambi Burdyr?? Mas marites ang mga lalake LOL! But yeah, I think i'll be starting to use this feature more on my rides, solid👌 you may also want to check out the new Cardo PT Pro, mas marami features yun, merong crash notification para alam ni misis kung nasan ka talaga, so bawal mag crash lol! 🫡

Going South!

FJ Moto surprised everyone with an unexpected plot twist! While participants were gearing up for the cold and twisty roads of the north, it was announced that the starting line would be in San Pablo City, Laguna.

This sparked endless speculations about the route, with many still predicting a pass through Mauban-Nakar, ultimately ending somewhere up north. But just yesterday, FJ Moto dropped another bombshell—the finish line is in Siruma, Camarines Norte!

It’s official: we’re heading south! 🌊

What other surprises await the participants? Nobody knows. What we do know is that this route promises to be an exciting adventure for both seasoned riders and newbies alike.

Staying true to our commitment to providing participants with the ultimate adventure experience, the finish line of the FJ Moto Mountaincross Adventure 2025 will be set in the coastal town of Siruma, Camarines Sur.

Please note that the provinces included in the route of the FJ Moto Mountaincross Adventure 2025 will not be disclosed. Only the start and finish locations will be announced.

[News] Cardo Packtalk Pro Officially Launched in the Philippines

Manila, Philippines — The highly anticipated Packtalk Pro was officially unveiled earlier today at the Kickstand Café by Ride Manila. The launch event, attended by prominent motorcycle journalists, vloggers and riders, introduced the latest and most advanced addition to Cardo’s communication lineup.

The Packtalk Pro, positioned as the premium model in Cardo’s range of motorcycle communicators, boasts a variety of innovative features designed to enhance safety, audio quality, and convenience for riders.

Daang Katutubo-Daang Kalikasan- Coto Mines Ride

I had an incredible time with Ardie, Steph and Bap exploring the awesome sceneries along Daang Katutubo-Daang Kalikasan- Must Try. The route was as challenging as it was beautiful, with loose gravel trails winding up and down the mountains of Pangasinan to Zambales.

The 35km gravel road to Coto Mines was a treat—Ardie was able to try his newly acquired riding skill from coach Sam Tamayo. Reaching the crystal-clear, icy waters at the end made it all worthwhile. We took a well-deserved break, had a delicious lunch (Salamat Nanay Ikit), and soaked in the moment before heading back to Manila. Solid! ⛰️👌

Not motorcycle-related, but still an unforgettable adventure. This time, I was blessed with the chance to bond with my eldest daughter as we climbed Mt. Pulag. It may not have been the toughest climb, but every step was meaningful. A memory I’ll carry in my heart forever ❤️

We’re a brood of four, we lost one a couple of years back. I remember, just weeks before he passed, Joaqs came by and saw my adventure bike—a Royal Enfield Himalayan. He loved it. We stood there, admiring it like we used to do as kids, and he joked about backriding with me so we could ride up to Sagada together, dumb and dumber style. He never got the chance.

Today, as me and my ride bud Pat waited out the rain, that memory came back. Maybe it's the rain, or the fog. Maybe he was riding with me today. Took this pic as I remember you Brother, and yeah could've been our ride together, angkas to Sagada—hope you’re riding free up there👆
