To join Capricorn Music, all you have to do is;
1. Set a meeting with us! Meetings usually happen through phonecalls since quarantine is still reinforced in some areas.
2. Read and sign our distribution contract.
3. Pay the 5,000 Pesos membership fee.
And you are officially one of us. We will then instruct you on the next steps on how to submit your songs to us so we can properly pitch and distribute it worldwide.
Advantages of being a Capricorn Music artist artist are;
1. 40% Royalty is yours! Unlike other labels that will only give you 2-7%
2. We will never own your songs, we will only distribute it.
3. We will pitch your releases on Radio & TV, digital platforms and specially on Spotify for a chance to be featured on New Music Friday and other playlists.
4. 70% from synchronization and paid gigs will be yours only if arranged by us.
5. You are liberated to be creative in your songs.
6. You'll have access to our studio for recordings.
7. We will act as your publisher so your songs will have a chance to be licenced.
8. Discounts on our inhouse production, mix and mastering only if you need one.
9. You are automatically a member of FAIM (Filipino Association of Independent Music) and you can nominate your songs on annual FAIM Awards!
