Hindi ako consistent.

May mga times na nawawala ako. Tipong on fire ka sa goals mo then one trigger lang, para kang naglalaho bigla. Disconnecting bigla. Parang computer na biglang nag-hang. And it is sad because sometimes, you don't even understand yourself.

Dati, nalulungkot ako na this is happening to me. But recently, I realized kung gaano ako katapang. Yes, I pause. But I don't give up this life. I will make sure babalik ako. Ba-bounce back ako from anxieties and disappointment.

In my inconsistency, I find rest in my soul, giving myself enough time to process my highs and lows. In my inconsistency, I find peace that everything will turn out fine at the end.

Progress is not linear. Progress is sometimes inconsistent. But nevertheless, they are progress.

“di ba paborito mo yun?”

ako lang ba?

yung natutuwa kapag naaalala ng isang tao kahit yung maliliit na bagay tungkol sa akin.

tulad ng kung anong gusto kong timpla sa kape, paborito kong flavor ng ice cream, yung gusto kong style ng damit, paborito kong pagkain, yung ayaw kong timpla ng sawsawan o yung mga paborito kong tambayan. Hindi kasi ako lumaking maraming kaibigan, so whenever there's someone who can remember small details about me, it always makes me feel so loved and appreciated.

Pinipili ko lang kung kanino ko binabahagi yung lungkot, pagod at takot ko.

Maaaring naipo-post natin sa social media mga small wins natin, pero yung mga frustrations natin, sa piling tao ko lang sinasabi.

Sa mga tao lang na sasamahan akong maghilom ng hindi ako hinuhusgahan. Sa mga tao lang na pagsasabihan ako ng may pagmamahal. Sa piling tao lang na tutulungan akong makaahon at makausad muli.

Sa mga taong ito lamang gusto kong ipakita yung vulnerable side ko. Sila lang may access sa madilim na part ng buhay ko.

Hindi lahat interesado sa kwento natin; lalo na sa mga disappointments natin sa buhay. Minsan, gagamitin pa ng iba ito laban sa'yo. Wala eh. Gan'on sila.

Kaya piliin mo lang yung totoo. Dun tayo sa totoo. ✨🌻

Wag po natin i-normalize yung ugali na oobligahin natin or iguilt trip ang ibang tao na tulungan ka, lalo na pagdating sa financial.

Kapag tumulong, e di good. Pero kung wala, wag ka magtampo dahil wala naman syang kahit anong responsibilidad sayo.

May kanya-kanya po tayong problema. Hindi mo alam, marami rin pala sya pinagdadaanan. Di ka lang aware kasi nakafocus ka sa sarili mong problema.

At the same time, bago po tayo manghingi ng tulong sa ibang tao, make sure na gumawa ka muna ng paraan sa sarili mo. Ampangit na umasa ka sa ibang tao habang ikaw, wala ka ginagawang way para masolve ang problema mo.

Hindi po sa lahat ng panahon may tutulong sa atin kaya ikaw mismo, tulungan mo sarili mo 🙏🏻

Madaling sabihin na, ”Hindi na baleng walang pera basta masaya ang pamilya.” Pero sa totoo lang at sa panahon ngayon, hindi yan applicable. Sa taas ng lahat ng mga bilhin at sa dami ng bills, mahirap maging masaya kung gipit na gipit sa financial. Kahit pa mamuhay ka ng simple at naaayon lamang sa katayuan sa buhay, kailangan mo pa rin ng pera. Dahil lahat ng kilos at galaw mo, pera na ang nagpapaikot ng mundo.

Yes we can be happy at our own ways but money can buy comfort, and comfort is happiness 😉🥰 Huwag na tayong mag-pretend na we don't need money to be happy.

Nakaka pressure din pala talaga pag inisip mo ng inisip yung future mo, di kasi ganun kadali. Swerte nung iba na bata palang pinanganak na marangya na yung buhay, kumbaga may gasolina na aandar nalang. Tayo kailangan muna natin maghanap ng pang gasolina at humarap sa hamon ng buhay, pero palag lang di tayo papayag na habang buhay maging pangkaraniwan lang.
