Songwriting then and tomorrow...
Songwriting is a bi-disciplinary undertaking language literature on one hand, and music on the other, two diverse intelligences, each having elements on its own, yet sharing a common element wherein juncture may be achieved. In earlier times juncture was a difficult objective to achieve especially among tandems, that is partnership writing, experienced by nonetheless the late Maestro Lucio D. San Pedro, composer, and Levi Celerio, lyricist in Tagalo-Filipino text, HOWEVER, they thought of changing the practice, they had wanted lyrics be written first, but confronted by the question “how?”; foreign counterparts address the problem by writing jointly, not separately, in the case of San Pedro-Celerio undertakings, since both were musicians―music was written first by the composer and trasmitter to the author for the text set; in the case of siblings George (composer) and Ira (author) Gershwin a project was worked on as simultaneous enterprise, likewise in the case of Burt Bacharach (composer) and Hal David (author), both had to be present in every undertaking, such was likewise the case with Elton John (composer) and Bernie Taupin (author). In the case of the Beatles, John Lennon and Paul McCartney were both author and composer, however since none of them were music-literate, music was created not in musical but rather spatial intelligence, rote method, while they enjoyed eight hours studio time, which was how they completed every song, while George Harrison created his contributions for the project album alone.

Through LYRICGRAPH© Paramusical Literature, the A. side of songwriting, was liberated from poetry, songwriting A. is not poetry but is an independent discipline in itself. Music having lent its proportions or dimensions to language literature, musical element of rhythm, time and measure may be observed by authors before corresponding music had been written, which means lyrics may now be written first, musical proportion being reflected in author’s project, product may be detemined as song before the completion as worded music. To this juncture, a paramusical literature may be assessed as part project with musical viability and economic future may be forcasted in view of the subsequent participants and continuing processes. Furthermore, paramusical product may be brokered for completion.
A complete song may be transacted either for audio fixation (audio recording) or publishing pro/industrial edition black prints (with license for limited mechanical reproduction) or commercial (green ink).
