"Strong Independent Woman

The idea of a strong independent woman makes you smile? Maybe it should. It doesn't sound like the sort of thing that would make me smile, but I can't rule it out. I'm not a strong independent woman myself.

In fact, I've always been terribly dependent on other people. I think this is something many women can relate to. Anyone who lives with someone has first-hand knowledge of how much better life would be if they could do all their laundry and cleaning at the blink of an eye by going into Gringotts for an hour and coming home to a clean house and dinner ready to eat.

If a woman is lucky enough even to have a relationship she might also see how much easier her life would be if her partner didn't hate spending time with her or love spending every waking hour away from her. What a strong independent woman is in reality, though, goes far beyond any of that trivia. Strong independent woman doesn't spend all their time doing laundry and cleaning in their twenties and then have to take classes on how not to be a doormat in their thirties because they had no practice standing up for themselves the first time around.👍😊

Hello mga momshies!! Share ko lang I have this really nice client she hired me 3 months ago as a VA answering inbound call and doing outbound call sometimes doing data entry na din, then pina hawak na din nya ung fb business page and Instagram business page nila doing some content creation posting it daily sa page nila to add value and attract people to their page honestly di madali kasi nauubusan na ako ng idea what to post and recently using na din fb stories and reel mahirap but na enjoy ko kasi napractice ko ung little knowledge ko sa Canva. Then two weeks ago she asked me if I can also manage her another business page which is mga personalized shirts and other trinkets. Then she message me and nag thank you sia sa work na ginagawa ko for her business. Siyempre ang lola nyo umaasa na Sana madagdagan din ang bayad since dami na nya pinagagawa sa akin pero un nga shy naman ako mag ask and for me naman din iniisip ko na ok lang at least napractice ko ung niche na gusto kong tahakin which SMM nga so ok lang kahit walang increase for now siguro pag matagal na saka n manghingi ng increase ang lola nyo! Pero dis Morning lang nag sabi na si client na she will pay extra for the other business na pinahandle nya oh di ba bonga di ako nag ask pero nag offer na si client maybe because she see naman may work so mga ka VA mahalin natin ang ating work galingan be professional and si client na mismo makakita ng worth mo sa business nila!! Yun lang!!

Good Morning mga momshies!! sorry naman if medyo matagal di nakapag post ang lola nyo medyo busy lang. I just want to share lang a few thoughts here, kasi lately I've been reading a lot of stories about fellow Freelancer losing their clients well ganun talaga sa freelancing world client can dispose us easily that's why I suggest if kaya mag work sa 2 client it's much better para if ever ni let go ka ni client you have a fall back. In freelancing di puedeng mag emote ng matagal dapt mag move on agad kasi mawalan tau ng pang bayad kay Judith di ba?? Ako what I do is I am working in a stable BPO company who will pay my goverment mandated benefits then I have a freelance client too. Ito naman if kaya nyo mag work ng 16 hrs a day hahaha!! well since naka WFH tau mga momshies we are in control sa schedule natin and panu tayo mag apply ng work in our prefered schedule na din medyo mahirapa kasi ifilter mo talaga ung mga job post na makikita natin say if makakita ka ng client na morning or mid schedule then ung BPO mo is in night shift, or look for a flexible client na will allow you to work sa phase na gusto mo as long as magagawa mo ung admin work na binigay nya sa iyo for that day. Again mga ka VA sa panahon ngaun ikaw na talaga ung need mag adjust depende sa sitwasyon so if ever mawalan tau ng client iyak lang saglit feel bad in awhile then move on look for another one, ganun talaga minsan kahit binigay mo na ang lahat iiwan at iiwan ka pa din...charot! Hello mga ka momshies at mga ka VA today is a sad day a new client just ended my contract after two weeks of working with them, sad lang kasi ok sana ung pay at ung work mostly chat support lang checking of order status, refund and cancellation ng order. Pero nakakatawa lang is ung reason nila na I am not doing my job daw properly well ganun talaga move on na lang tau kaya lang sakit nya sa puso masakit pa sa break up!! Ito ung mga sitwasyon na sinabi natin na disadvantage ng working as a freelancer napakadali mong mapalitan at iwanan...ouch sakit di ba kaya dapat as a freelancer lagi tayong handa na parang boyscout lang kasi mahirap mawalan ng work. Kaya laging handa emotionally sa napakasakit na breakup nyo ni client pero dapat salawahan ka din kung baga may kabit kang client na puede mong ipalit sa client na umiwan sayo at sinaktan ang puso mo!! hahaha charot lang. As a freelancer dapat 2 lagi ang client mo para naman may spare kang work in case bigla kang end contract ng isa. Yan if kaya mo physically and mentally kasi nakaka drain din having multiple client nakaka ubos ng brain cell din. Ganito talaga sa mundo ng freelancing wala ring forever kaya nakapa suerte mo if you have 1 client na sobrang bait and generous mahalin nyo na sia ng higit sa pag mamahal nyo sa asawa nyo...charot lang!! Hala sia ang haba ng kwento ng lola nyo...gusto ko lang ishare ang aking sad moment today pero sabi nga natin tuloy lang ang life laban lang and be thankful pa din may extrang client may sueldo pa ring aasahan next pay day! Thank you sa pagbabasa mga ka VA!!

Good Morning Madlang Pipol, lately I've been reading a lot of rants tungkol sa mga ibang tao na nahire as VA pero di naman kayang panindigan. Again if you are from BPO industries and trying to work as a VA di po ubra ang mga ways ways natin dito sa freelancing kung sa company puede kang mag petiks petiks, mag over break or over launch sa freelancing di ka puedeg maging pabaya why? simply because sa atin nakasalalay ang business ng ating mga client. The only reason they hire us is to make their lives much easire that they will have a reliable person that would take care some aspect of their business na puede nilang ipagkatiwala sa isang tao.. Yung mga business owner na yan the moment they hired us they took the risk na tangapin ka and they trusted your credentials na nilagay mo sa resume mo. Kaya if sinabi mong kayang mong gawin ang isang task then you should have the skills and the knowledge to do it, be honest if they ask you alam mo ba ito, tell them no but you are willing to learn kesa dunong dunungan ka then if di mo kaya mag ghosting ka kay client di ba?? Ask a lot of questions lalo na if they are giving you an instruction on how to do a certain task, take down notes while the client is teaching you some new process. Please lang alagaan nating ang industry na ito wag natin siraan ang tiwala ng mga client natin. They want to hire filipino because they know we are smart, hardworking person pero kung patuloy na mag kakaroon sila ng bad experience because of some people na walang disiplina baka tayo din ang mawalan. Remember pag naging successful ang business ng ating mga client tayo din ang makikinabang. So please if you think di mo pa kayang mag freelance then don't kesa mag suffer pa ang ibang tao dahil iilang di naman seryoso sa ganitong industry. Yun lang!
