At Pelikula Ilokana, we firmly believe in the power of film to amplify the voices of the locals and provide them with a space to share and celebrate their unique perspectives. Through Pelikula Ilokana Film Exhibition, we aim to support and promote emerging local talents, both in front of and behind the camera. By providing a nurturing and inclusive environment, we empower filmmakers to explore the

ir creativity and produce meaningful cinematic works that reflect the realities of the Ilokano community. Our film exhibition showcases a diverse range of genres and themes, ranging from thought-provoking documentaries to captivating narratives. We actively seek out and curate films that embody our core values of authenticity, inclusivity, and cultural preservation. Each film presented at the film exhibition offers a captivating journey into the hearts and minds of the local community, creating a bridge between tradition and modernity. Through engaging screenings and talkbacks, Pelikula Ilokana Film Exhibition fosters a vibrant film culture and encourages dialogue among filmmakers, enthusiasts, and audiences. After screening at the Cinemalaya Next Gen Section, Nabunturan Independent Film Exhibition, Pelikultura: The Calabarzon Film Festival, Tan-ok ni Ilocano, and Bakunawa Fest, our film "๐Š๐€๐‘๐Š๐€๐‘๐Œ๐€" written and directed by ๐Œ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ ๐‘๐ข๐ญ๐ณ ๐†๐จ๐ฆ๐ž๐ณ has been selected to be part of the lineup at the 16th Cinema Rehiyon in Iloilo, happening from March 19-21, 2024! We are immensely grateful for the opportunity to showcase our work alongside other talented filmmakers in the Country. Each screening has been a meaningful step in our journey, and we are excited to bring our film to new audiences at Cinema Rehiyon.
