As we observed the facts and realities in the present administration of our Best President Rodrigo “Digong” Roa Duterte, all funds coming out from the national budget has been monitored (No Human Interventions) for transparencies even his Secretaries and/or Cabinet members were obliged to report what is happening on the latest accomplishments with their respective government agencies publicly through Social Media Network or live streaming like their Facebook and Youtube government Channels watched by All Filipinos worldwide.
