ANTIGEN TEST WILL NO LONGER REQUIRED FOR ALL FULLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN DURING SESSION ASSEMBLED THAT:

REVISED GUIDELINES ON TOURISM OPERATIONS IN THE MUNICIPALITY ARE AS FOLLOWS:

1. ENTRY REQUIREMENT (PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND PRIVATE VEHICLE)
Entry Requirements for tourists shall now be limited to:
a) For Vaccinated Tourist – Full Vaccination Card for 12 years old and above;
For minors below 12 years old, vaccination is not required but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian;
b) For Unvaccinated Tourist – Negative Antigen Test Result shall be required;
c) Online Registration at least one day before the date of arrival. Strictly, for same-day registration, the guest will be allowed to tour on the following day. The counting of the day covers 12:01 am to 12:00 midnight (24 hours).

2. MAXIMUM NO. OF GUESTS AT A GIVEN TIME
Effective to date, the Municipality of Sagada shall accommodate a maximum of Three Thousand Five Hundred (3,500) guests at a given time.

3. SITES AND TOUR ACTIVITIES
a) Caves (Sumaguing Cave, Balangan Cave) - caving activities shall now be allowed but on a limited capacity at a given time which shall be implemented on a staggered basis, to wit:
- For the first week of implementation immediately following the date of effectivity, 90 guests;
- For the 2nd week, 150 guests;
- For the 3rd week onward 200 guests at a time.

b) Waterfalls (Bomod-ok Falls, Pongas Falls) – falls hopping or bathing shall now be allowed.

c) The Municipal Tourism Office (MTO) shall come up with an office guideline on the details pertinent to tour regulations concerning the above provisions and other related regulations.

4. ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY
Accommodation establishments shall be limited to actual bed capacity (1 bed is to 1 person except for the couple) but not to exceed Fifty (50) guests at the same time.

And that all accommodation establishments are mandated to implement symptom checking on their respective guests and report to the Municipal Health Office symptomatic guests for appropriate health action.

5. Strictly, NO ONLINE REGISTRATION NO TOUR, NO ID NO TOUR;

6. Notwithstanding the reopening of tourism activities as herein authorized, the basic health protocols remain in effect and shall be strictly implemented.
FINALLY, ALL OTHER PROVISIONS OF EARLIER RULES AND REGULATIONS NOT INCONSISTENT HEREWITH SHALL REMAIN IN EFFECT.
