My Pope Philippines is a licensed adapted version of the Italian magazine, Il Mio Papa—a weekly magazine that was started in the year 2014 by Italy’s largest media holding company, Mondadori.
First launched in October 2017, My Pope Philippines has become the country’s first culture-changer magazine that is entirely dedicated to being the main source of inspiration for Filipinos from all walks of life. Every month, our pages feature feel-good stories about Philippine traditions, good news from the Vatican, and game-changing personalities whose values and actions reflect the same ones that Pope Francis stands for.
By April 2020, amid the circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 global pandemic, My Pope Philippines has made the decision to shift to its digital platform, mypope.com.ph, in order to reach and inspire more readers around the world. Our mission is to become the daily source of information about everything Catholic through inspirational stories, positive news, heartwarming videos, and feel-good tips created by our own Philippine editorial team.
