20 AMBULANCE UNITS - DELIVERED TO MUNICIPALITIES OF BUKIDNON

Salamat at dumating na po ang 20 Ambulances na ilagay ko sa institutional amendments ko sa DOH 2021 budget para sa lahat ng municipalities ng Bukidnon. Gagamitin ito para sa ating Covid response and emergency health programs ng Probinsya. To God be Glory at Maraming salamat sa DOH sa pag deliver ng mga units para sa LGUs. Tuwang tuwa ang ating mga kababayans doon.

We passed 166 bills on 3rd reading at isa isa namin binoto itong lahat. SB No. 2455 – An Act to Develop and Promote The Creative Industries of the Philippines has passed its 2nd reading! Definitely good news for Digital creators, artists, designers, writers, directors, visual artists, print service and multi media arts, cultural workers, recording artists and people working in the creative sector as it has numerous benefits for this industry. Ipinasa rin po ng Senado sa Second Reading kahapon ang SB No. 2455 – An Act to Develop and Promote The Creative Industries of the Philippines”. Ang panukalang batas po na ito ay naglalayong palaganapin at palakasin pa ang Creative Industries sa bansa na kinabibilangan ng audiovisual media; digital interactive media; creative services; design; publishing at printed media; performing arts; visual arts; traditional cultural expressions at cultural sites.

Magbibigay din po ng tulong at suporta ang gobyerno sa mga programa ng creative undustries tulad ng mga sumusunod: infrastructure support sa ilalim ng Shared Service Facilities ng Department of Trade and Industry (DTI); research and development support program ng Department of Science and Technology (DOST); access to digital services and digital training platforms; access to credit and financial instruments; creative vouchers which entitle creative industries to receive the support, aid, and incentives from the various government agencies; fiscal incentives sa ilalim ng Republic Act No. 11534 (CREATE Law) at non-fiscal support na nakapaloob sa Strategic Investment Priority Plan.

Tinatatag din ng panukalang batas ang Creative Industries Development Council na pangunahing ahensya na magpapatupad ng batas, gayundin ang pagtatalaga ng Local Culture and Art Council (LCAC) sa lahat ng local government units (LGUs) sa buong bansa. Malaki ang maitutulong ng batas na ito sa mga nagtatrabaho at negosyo sa creative industries sector sa buong bansa. 🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭

Marawi Siege Compensation Act of 2022 - PASSED FINAL READING

Senate Bill 2420 or the Marawi Siege Compensation Act of 2022, with Senator Migz Zubiri being the principal author and a sponsor of the bill, nears being signed into law as it has just passed the 3rd or final reading. SB 2420 will provide just compensation or financial assistance for the victims who lost their homes and businesses during the Marawi Siege.
