Brilliant Skin Essentials' license as Drug Trader. ❤️❤️❤️

Uulitin ko lang po, hindi po lahat ay maiintindihan ang aking ibig sabihin, pero alam ko na kailanma'y hindi kami nagpabaya sa pagcocomply. May katagalan lang po ang proseso pero ginagawa po namin ito. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Nasa baba po ang screenshot na nagpapatunay na kami ay nagkaroon ng application for CPR or Certificate of Product Registration for our DRUGS product (Hydroquinone + Tretinoin).

Reclassification from Cosmetics to Drugs lang po ang naging problema namin sa Rejuvenating Facial Toner at Rejuvenating Facial Cream, kumpleto po kami sa lahat ng testing at patuloy po kaming nagcocomply sa Food and Drug Administration.

Lawakan po natin ang ating pang-intindi at pang-unawa sa lahat ng ating nababasa or napapanood, wag po tayong basta mag judge. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

To address the FDA Advisory No. 2021-0480 for Brilliant Skin Essentials Rejuvenating Facial Toner and FDA Advisory No. 2021-0477 for Brilliant Skin Essentials Rejuvenating Facial Cream, we would like to inform everyone that to be able to comply with the FDA, the product needs to be registered as DRUGS due to some ingredients not being allowed in a cosmetic product.

The registration of the product is a long process, and it takes time to get an approval of the CPR (Certificate of Product Registration) as DRUGS. But rest assured that we are already processing the Drug Registration of these products.

Do not worry, the Customer’s safety is our utmost priority.
