Patuloy na bigyan natin ng inspirasyon at i-ugnay bilang isang Pilipino ang pagpapaalala ng kahalagaan sa kalayaan, katarungan, edukasyon, at pambansang pagkakaisa.

Ngayong araw ating ginugunita ang ika-128 Araw ng Kabayanihan ni Dr. Jose Rizal isang Pilipinong bayani na nakatuon sa paghahanap ng katotohanan at kalayaan. Ang kaniyang matatag na tapang sa harap ng mga pang-aapi at ang kaniyang mga obra maestra sa panitikan na nagsiwalat ang mga kawalang katarungan ng pananakop at ang kaniyang huling sakripisyo na lahat ay nagsisilbing malakas na patunay sa lakas ng diwa ng tao.

Ang pamana ni Rizal ang matawid sa panahon ng kaniyang mga salita ay patuloy na nagbibigay inspirasyon sa mga henerasyon ng mga Pilipino na lumaban para sa makatarungan at magkaroon ng pagkakapantay-pantay, at isang mas magandang kinabukasan para sa ating bansa. Parangalan natin ang kaniyang alaala sa pamamagitan ng pag-uugnay sa kaniyang mga ideyal at pagsusumikap na bumuo ng isang lipunan na karapat-dapat sa kaniyang sakripisyo. Mabuhay ang Pilipinas!

Nasindihan na ang mga ilaw,
Nagsimula na ang pag-indayog ng mga mananayaw.
Kumukulingling na ang kampana,
Pinukaw ang natutulog na madla.

Kumukutitap ang mga bituin,
Nanginginig na sa lamig ng simoy ng hangin.
Hinahabi na ang magagandang awitin,
Pasko na nga sa bayan natin.

Araw na ng kapanganakan
Ng nag-iisang tagapagligtas ng sambayanan,
Lalaking sa Betlehem isinilang at nalinang,
Patuloy na hinahangaan.

Kay ganda talagang lasapin,
