“Veronikon” can be translated, in relation to Saint Veronica as the patroness of photographers, into “True Image” Saint Veronica is known for the “image” of Christ imprinted on her piece of cloth. She became the Patroness of photographers who were creating the first fixed images of reality. Veronikon Films is inspired by Saint Veronica who unveiled her faith by wiping the blood and sweat from the Savior’s face upon seeing Him carrying the cross. Veronikon Films will be guided by a mission to unveil our faith through passion in photography and videography with the inspiration from Saint Veronica’s compassion that brought us the first “photo” of Jesus. In continuing the passion in Veronikon Films, we reminded ourselves by a verse from the Book of James 2:18, “But someone will say, “You have faith and I have works.” Show me your faith apart from your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.” Veronikon Films have a mission to share God’s greatness in a creative and powerful way with the talent and skills that God has blessed us with. The objective of Veronikon Films is to: Proclaim God’s message in a creative and powerful way with the use of talents through social media. Attract more people to the active and vibrant life that there is with God and serving Him. Have a wider reach to hear and know about Christ through the use of current mediums of communication
