Self Care. Moms should workout too... kahit walang gym, kahit walang shoes, pwede naman sa bahay, pwede naman naka slippers or barefoot. Pwede rin isama buong pamilya para mas enjoy. Thanks to my supportive husband and kids.
My 2023 faith goal includes workout, 3x a week, 30 minutes a day. It actually releases happy hormones, lessens stress and anxiety.
