How do you register your Computerized Accounting System (CAS) with the BIR?

Update your registration records now with the BIR to use the Online Registration and Update System (ORUS)!

All taxpayers who want to transact online with the BIR are advised to update their registration records first, such as e-mail address and contact information, using BIR Form S1905 - Registration Update Sheet (RUS) to be able to enroll and use the ORUS. The RUS shall be submitted via e-mail to the Revenue District Office (RDO) where the taxpayer is registered.

What is ORUS?
ORUS is a web-based system that taxpayers can use to register with the BIR and update their taxpayer registration information online, anytime and with real time access to their registration records.

BIR UPDATE!!
GUMAMIT KA PA BA NG LUMANG "ASK FOR RECEIPT" SIGN?
Puwes! May hangang JUNE 30,2023 na lang ikaw para magamit ito dahil pag dating JULY 1,2023 dapat gamit mo na ang BAGONG "Notice to Issue Receipt/Invoice" (NIRI).
Bakit ito kailangan mapalitan?
Dahil kapag hindimo ito napalitan pagdating July 1,2023 at natyempuhan ka ng Tax Mapping Team ayun Php 1,000 na multa.
Paano ito mo mapapalitan?
May binigay na schedule base sa last digit ng iyong Tax Identification Number (TIN) at procedure si BIR sa Revenue Memorandum Order 43-2022. P**i basa na lang
Pero bakit ba nila isipan palitan? (opinyon lang naman namin)
Dahil marami daw matatalinong negosyante dati na hindi nag iisue ng resibo/invoice dahil di naman daw NANGHIHIGI si customer. Tama nga naman kaya nga ASK FOR RECEIPT e (talino dut,i ba)
So si BIR, matalino din!
Ngayon, nilgay na nya MUST ISSUE so obligado ka na magbigay ng resibo/invoice humingi man o hindi si customer
May penalty ba ang hindi pag issue ng resibo?
Meron!
Ang HINDI (Failure) pag issue ng resibo/invoice ay may multa na Php 10,000 sa first offense at Php 20,000 sa second offense
Ang PAGTANGGI (Refusal) na bigyan ng resibo/invoice ay may multa na Php 25,000 sa first offense at Php 50,000 sa second offense.
Mag kaiba ang HINDI pag issue at ang PAGTANGGI na mag issue ng resibo/invoice. MAS malaki yung multa pag tinanggihan mo o di mo binigyan ang isang customer kahit nanghingi na sayo ito.
So ano pa hinihintay mo. Palit na!
