About Me
I am a passionate worker and I love to learn new things especially when it comes to new technologies and its application. I am an online ESL Teacher of 51talk for 5 months now. I am new to teaching but since day 1 I loved the learning and training they provide. Then I found out that I could use my experience in sales and marketing to a new working environment, which is the E-Commerce and Digital Marketing. I am static and nervous as well. I am one of the few to get the coveted training. The training is not simple. My classmate describes it as "a walk in the park". Indeed, it is a walk in the park but in Jurassic Park. Still, no surrender and all of us will continue no matter how hard it is. This brings me to realize that the energy I put to the training is worthwhile. And it is on my advantage to use my new skills in the open arena of E-Commerce and Digital Marketing.
The goal for this training under the DICT Region X is to empower the locally homegrown Medium to small entrepreneurs to go global. This is in line with the Philippine government's efforts to give sustainability to business and open new job opportunities to the Filipinos. Now my tasks are to apply the training I learned to our Partner MSME. To promote their products on the internet.
Now, the real work begins by applying the tools we studied like woo-commerce for their business transaction, make an engaging website that encourages more customers. Also, automate the other social media platform to make their business flow runs smoothly. The insights and the analytics tools also being applied to help maintain the ranking in the search engines. These tools not only help identifies the region where the reach is low. But these tools help resolved problems and make conclusions to update and upgrade to be in the game. This decision is aided by these tools that being implemented in the platform could make or break the outcome of the product status.
