The Angelites gather in Marikit Park this morning, filled with joy and excitement as LASC celebrates the 47th foundation anniversary with a theme of "Celebrating the Past, Committing to the Present, and Creating Sustainable Future Through Culture of Excellence and Global Competitiveness"

Angelites from all grade levels will perform their field demonstration for the opening ceremony. Presentation and Awarding of Mr. and Ms. LASC will also happen this morning.

𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐒: NEWS UPDATE || ANOTHER GOLD, ANOTHER ROAD TO CLRAA

In a thrilling start of the City Meet Futsal Game, Rodina Martinez stole the spotlight by scoring the first goal. The Little Angel Study Center dominated the first game with a score of 7-0 as they clashed with Kalalake National High School.

The excitement continued into the second game of the LASC, where they faced off against Olongapo City National High School. The audience intensely watched as Paula D**a scored the first goal. Cyraniel Caasi didn't keep the ball, ending the game with a 1-1 draw.

As the LASC entered their last game, Janine Catipon showcased her skills by scoring the first goal. LASC defeated Olongapo Wesley School with a remarkable 10-1 victory. The LASC team undoubtedly captured the audience's attention after Martinez's multiple goals.

Angelites are now up to the semi-finals against Columban College - Asinan this afternoon after three consecutive wins in the morning. Martinez showed no mercy by scoring a goal in under one minute of the game, then successfully assisted Catipon to score a goal again after minutes of the first goal. Andrea Paras also secured the third point for the team, and Martinez scored again seconds before the game ended. With a 4–0 score, LASC will be playing in the championship game.

In the heated championship game between LASC and OCNHS, Martinez scored again in under one minute of the game. After six minutes, the opponent scored a goal with a 1 - 1 score in the early game. With the great defense of both teams and the clashing of the athletes that made the match more exciting and tense, Paras started the consecutive goals of the team with Martinez's two goals and one for Catipon with an interval of two minutes for each goal. LASC High School Department Futsal Girls Team grabbed the gold with a 5 - 1 score.

𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐒: NEWS UPDATE || WINNING POINT OF ATENIA'S PENALTY KICK

A tight fight happened yesterday between the LASC High School Department Futsal Boys Team and Kalalake National High School.

During the first half of the game, no one secured a point between the two teams.

Due to a handball foul of the Kalalake Futsal Team, the Angelites has given a chance to do a penalty kick. Josef Rustianne Atenia scored a clear goal to seal the victory in the final nine minutes of play, during which time they tightened their defense even further to finish the match with a score of 1-0.

𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐒: NEWS UPDATE || LIWAG GOT THE FIRST GOLD FOR LASC

Athena Zhia Liwag, a student from the elementary department of LASC, played lawn tennis to start the inaugural LASC game. Liwag competed in the elementary girls' division and faced just two Sped-G opponents. Liwag won the first gold medal for the LASC, proving that her training and effort paid off.

After winning her first match, Liwag advanced straight to the championship match. The first match ended with a score of 8–0. The final score was 8-1, and Liwag won the lawn tennis championship.

Mayor Paulino Jr., present in Olongapo City Meet 2024.

During the first part of the event, Olongapo City Mayor Rolen Paulino Jr. stands in front of the athletes to give his warmest message.

Mayor Rolen Paulino Jr., an alumnus of Little Angel Study Center, is the living embodiment of the school's motto, "making a difference." During his message, he wished all the athletes good luck. He did this to encourage and inspire the generation of today's Angelites'.

The enthusiasm, energy, and intense competitiveness sparks today, January 26th at Marikit Park for the event of the 2024 City Meet. Angelites participated in the excitement and hunger for victory, fighting for the win. It started with the release of a friendship balloon by the LASC Muse and Es**rt- Ms. Aljia Ranes and Mr. Matthew Garcia.

The torch was lit by athletes after the event. Through incredible sports, Angelites will display their talent in four days. Let's support our talented athletes who for sure will make a difference!

𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐒: NEWS UPDATE || LASC HOLIDAZE CHRISTMAS SPIRITS

Christmas is the seasonal occasion which everyone awaits! The Holidaze is an annual event held at Little Angel Study Center where the Angelites compete on who is the most festive through dancing, singing, and making recyclable Christmas trees and belens.

Last December 15, 2023, the creativity and unity of the Angelites were truly expressed as the judging of the recyclable Christmas trees and belens began. Coming in at the 6th spot for the Christmas Tree Making Competition are the Grade 8 students, coming in at the 5th spot are the Grade 9 students, coming in 4th place are the Grade 12 students, coming in 3rd place are the Grade 7 students, coming in 2nd place are the Grade 10 students, and coming in 1st place, securing the throne are the Grade 11 students. For the winners of the Belen Making Competition, coming in 6th place are the Grade 8 students, coming in 5th place are the Grade 11 students, coming in 4th place are the Grade 12 students, coming in 3rd place are the Grade 7 students, coming in 2nd place are the Grade 9 students, and coming in 1st place, conquering the Belen Making Competition are the Grade 10 students.

On December 18, 2023, the battle for the Dance Craze and Chorale Fest took place at the RPG Hall, where the Angelites showed off their talents in dancing and singing. The winners for the Dance Craze competition, coming in 3rd place are the Grade 7 students, coming in 2nd place are the Grade 10 students, and coming in 1st place, slaying the competition, the Grade 9 students. For the Chorale Fest competition, coming in 3rd place are the Grade 9 students, coming in 2nd place are the Grade 11 students, and coming in 1st place, blowing away the competition, the Grade 12 students.

𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐒: NEWS UPDATE || SHARING GIFTS AND HAPPINESS

It is time for giving blessings, sharing happiness, and giving smiles to the people. In December of 21, Little Angel Study Center (LASC), Supreme Student Learner Government (SSLG), Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG), and their club organizations shared happiness in Kawag, Subic through a program called “Happiness Campaign”.

At the arrival in Kawag, there were over 60 children, with their parents and guardians on the side already lined up patiently waiting for Angelites volunteers. The program began by playing the mini-game “Bring Me,” and prizes were ready for the winners. After the fun and joy, they started giving the gifts that the Angelites had prepared for them. The children were grateful and happy for the gifts they received. Despite that, the elders of the children will also be getting relief, the necessities that they’ll need, like canned goods, pasta, and sandwiches.

This is the 8th year celebration of the Little Angel Study Center's sharing, giving blessings and happiness. The Angelites will continue to make a difference by sharing what they have to those in need.

A year-end party that honored the early celebration of Christmas and New Year's was held by LASC students yesterday. While students parted ways for the holiday season, they were simultaneously getting ready for the next year that would come.

Every class set up a few activities and exchanged gifts. Everyone was wearing their most beautiful smiles as the celebration ended.

Angelites has been successfully evacuated a while ago on the school open ground after a sudden 5.5 magnitude earthquake, after all of the afternoon classes. Fortunately, no estimated casualties happened during the evacuation. Always stay safe, Angelites.

Zumba is a very widespread and popular kind of activity especially to the older generation, that involves workouts in the form of dancing which help improve cardio and overall fitness.

On November 14th, 2023 the Black Assassins, Yellow Wizards, and Blue Guardians each prepared a 5-8 minute zumba dance presentation.

Coming In third are the Blue Guardians dancing to the decade old hits, Material Girl by Madonna, Wellness Dance 2021 by DepEd, I Wanna Dance With Somebody by Whitney Houston, Shut Up And Dance by WALK THE MOON, Vem Dancar Kuduro by Don Omar.

Coming in second are the Yellow Wizards showing off their inner “kikay” performing to Sayaw Kikay by Viva Hot Babes, Pamela by Vhong Navarro, Paligoy Ligoy by Nadine Lustre, Wellness Dance 2021 by DepEd, Kembot by Amber Davis, Spaghetti by Sexbomb Girls, Daleng Dale by MMJ, and Tingin by Cup of Joe.

Last but not the least coming in first and assassinating the competition are none other than the Black Assassins dancing to the hit songs, Dancing Queen by ABBA, Wellness Dance 2021 by DepEd, Shut Down by BlackPink, 2ne1 Mashup choreography by BABYMONSTER, and Water by Tyla.

The Mr. and Ms. Sportsfest is an annual pageant where contestants from each team are chosen to compete using their wits and talents. This year's Mr. and Ms. Sportsfest contestants are like no other!

This year's candidates from each team starting with the Yellow Wizards are Ms. Aljia Ranes and Mr. Jahred Jan Elago. For the Blue Guardians we have Ms. Aliyah Nicole Liclican and Mr. Roberto Emil Romeo Dy. And lastly the Black Assassins, Mr. Matthew Dominic Garcia and Ms. Cecilia James Abueg.

For Mr. Best in Talent we have Matthew Dominic Garcia from Black Assassins wowing the judges with his dancing. For Ms. Best in Talent we have Aljia Ranes performing a very beautiful and meaningful ballet dance number. For Mr. and Ms. Best in Sportswear, we have Matthew Dominic Garcia and Cecilia James Abueg both from Black Assassins showing off their gliding gear. For the Mr. and Ms. Sportsfest 2nd runner ups we have Ms. Aliyah Nicole Liclican from the Blue Guardians and Mr. Jahred Jan Elago from the Yellow Wizards. For the Mr. and Ms. Sportsfest 1st runner ups we have Ms. Cecilia James Abueg from the Black Assassins and Mr. Robert Emil Romeo Dy from the Blue Guardians. And of course, the long-awaited Mr. and Ms. Sportsfest 2023 goes to Ms. Aljia Ranes from the Yellow Wizards and Mr. Matthew Dominic Garcia from the Black Assassins.

𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐒𝐅𝐄𝐒𝐓 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑: ICYMI || ASSASSINS UNSHEATHING AND THE GUARDS TOWERING

The volleyball championship, and the first game is played by the boys. It's the Yellow Wizard v.s. Black Assassins, the start of the game went well for both teams but when it came to the second sets the gameplay of the Yellow Wizard gets sloppy, while Black Assassins getting the right momentum to finished the game.

For the volleyball girls category, it's the Yellow Wizard v.s. Blue Guardians, the first 2 sets went great until the third sets, the Yellow Wizard starts to tire down and losing their momentum on the game while the Blue Guardians is rising on the top to claim their throne.

A wonderful congratulation to all Angelites who participated and played just on the recently ended Sportsfest. Angelites show the amazing sportsmanship, efforts, and strong bond as a team for the victory, even though there should be only one winner on the title as an "Over all Champion". Bravo to the Blue Guardians, ensuring the safety of protecting the title of a Champion. A round of applause aswell to the Yellow Wizard who bewitched other teams, and to the Black Assassin who eagerly finishing off all the matches. Keep up the goodwork, Angelites. In a batte of rectangle table in the cristal lane around 1:00 pm. It was an odd battle between the teams, as it was expected that no one really comprehend the rules quickly, but it grows to the player reflexes to catch up the rules of table tennis. The odd and awkward battle became an intense greed to become victor on this match.

It was started by the usual Yellow Wizards, and Blue Guardians, and the losing team will fight the Black Assasin; this can be applied in both boys and girls category, as well the double category.

ROAD TO CHAMPIONSHIP

In the highschool department of volleyball. The team will be fighting for the slot of the champipnship. For the first game of the volleyball girls, the battle between Black Assassins and Yellow Wizards. On the first set of the game, Black Assassins won with the score of 27 followed by the Yellow Wizards with the score of 25. The game was on fire! now the Yellow Wizards take place on the second set with the score of 25 followed by the Black Assassins with the score of 16. The real game has begun! On the third set of the game, both team aims for the championship. Here are the final scores:

Yellow Wizards: 25 - 25 - 15
Black Assassins: 27 - 21 - 13

For the game of the volleyball boys, it is the battle between the Blue Guardians and Black Assassins.

Blue Guardians- 21
Black Assassins - 25

During the first set of the game, the black assassin won with a score of 25-21. Both teams show how powerful and strong they are as a team.

Both blue and black team really shows what teamwork is in this game. Black Assassins won the game with the score of 25-17

𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐒𝐅𝐄𝐒𝐓 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑: NEWS UPDATE || COLORS AND FUTSALS

The 3rd day event of Elementary department during this morning is the futsal. The first game is between the Blue and Red Team. The Blue team got the upper hand by the help of Sito, continously scoring for the team. The Red team became unfortunate, and luckily to score points because of the penalty by Estabaya. The final score is 4-1, the Red team wins.

Then, it was the match of yellow against green. It was a tie score due to the penalty shot of green team by Coloma and the score of Yellow Team by Dela Cruz. A penalty kick happened because of overtime, Laurio of the green team got the shot. The final score is 2-1, the green team wins. Stay tune for the championship of futsal in elementary department by the green and red team.

At the RPG hall, an event "Family Fun Day" is happening, it's where the students of preschool and their parents have a fun activity. They start off the event by yelling their yell out loud, they also have teams and are divided into three, there are red, blue, and green teams.
