The Journey and Stay of Galadriel on the Island of Numenor
Galadriel traveled to Nรบmenor during the reign of Tar-Aldarion, who was a great sailor and explorer. The purpose of their journey was to establish friendly relations with the Nรบmenรณreans and share their wisdom and knowledge. Galadriel was particularly interested in the White Tree, a symbol of Nรบmenor's royal line, which had a connection to the Elves.
During their time in Nรบmenor, Galadriel resided in Armenelos, the capital city. They were welcomed by the King's Men, a faction that later became corrupted by their own power and desires. Galadriel, foreseeing the peril that would befall Nรบmenor due to the growing pride and ambition of the people, became disheartened and disillusioned with their actions.
As the Shadow spread over Nรบmenor, Galadriel eventually departed from the island along with other Elves who were sympathetic to the Valar's warnings and the Elves' own destiny in Middle-earth.
