Save this post to pray these scriptures over your children’s lives when you begin to worry. They may never know the way those who loved them fought for them on their knees.

✨For their life choices:

Lord, I pray help my children guard their hearts, for everything they do flows from it. (Pr. 4:23) I pray you would give them wisdom and help them to be very careful, how they live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. (Eph. 5:15-16) I leave them in your capable hands, Father. In Jesus’ name, Amen

✨For their faith:

Lord, I pray that my children would trust in you with all your heart, and not lean on their own understanding. In all their ways let them acknowledge you, and please make their paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6) I pray you would allow them to hear your word because faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the Word of Christ. (Romans 10:7) Let their faith grow, Lord. Lord, I pray you would rescue my children from every evil deed and bring them safely into your heavenly kingdom. Contentment is possible when we know that a loving God with infinite resources and power will never leave or abandon his children. We do not need to fret, fight, or be fearful when money issues press heavily upon us. God will take care of us, his beloved, and carry us through our greatest times of need. Therefore, we can rest and be still, and wait upon the Lord with eagerness and thanksgiving, without having to compare or envy, knowing that his provision is always on time and enough.
