My apologies if my explanation doesn't meet your standards. Kung hindi nyo naintindihan ang pagapapaliwanag ko, problema nyo na yun basta ako naintindihan ko ang buong DO 20 s. 2024. Ngayon gusto nyo magpa promote for higher teaching positions? Tiyagain nyong basahin ang 40+ pages ng DepEd Order na yan magaling kayo eh. Sa tunay na buhay if promoted kana for MT positions, hindi pambabash ang gagawin nyo sa mga hahawakan nyong mga teachers kundi you will guide and mentor them. Now kung tamad kang magbasa at umintindi ng DOs, at pambabash lang ang alam nyo sa buhay, huwag nalang kayo magpa promote magiging kawawa ang mga hahawakan nyong teachers.

1. Convene the applicants in a group to witness the paper evaluation;
2. Evaluate and compute the points for Education, Training, Experience and Performance Rating of applicants;
3. Assess, deliberate, and rate the applicants’ competencies on the Classroom Observable Strands/Indicators through the conduct of classroom observation / demonstration teaching;
4. Assess the applicants’ competencies on the Non-classroom Observable Strands/Indicators through the assessment of portfolio annotations and BEI;
5. Conduct other appropriate evaluative assessments, as may be necessary, such as but not limited to Written Examination and Skills or Work Sample Tests to assess the potential, characteristics or traits, and fitness (i.e., Job Fit, Location Fit, and Organizational Fit)

SANA ALL: In my 6 years in Muntinlupa, 5 years in Tondo, and 2 years in San Pedro, I have made some observations regarding the local governance. Notably, in my experience, nag-iisang 3rd class city na walang corruption - 'yan ang San Pedro.

Bakit nasabi ko? For instance, during Teacher's Day, we received a generous cash gift of _k public teacher ka man o private school teacher may nakukuha last year and this year, and this Christmas 2024, we were blessed with another thoughtful contri /gift "Pamaskong Handog Mula Kay Mayor" para sa lahat mahihirap man o mayaman pantay2x may makukuha. And last July 2024 din, we received 25 kg of rice from one of the city councilors, which further demonstrates the commitment to supporting the people and community.

I truly hope that the current mayor of San Pedro City continues to serve for many more years, as their leadership seems to be positively impacting our community. Mabuhay ka Mayor Art Mercado, daghang salamat 🙏

TSAMBA NA NAMAN TAYO MGA KA-FRIENDSHIPS!

I am feeling incredibly grateful and humbled! At the beginning of this journey, I never expected to be one of the research presenters at the Division Research Confab 2024, which will take place from December 16 to 18 at the Manila Grand Opera Hotel.

Originally, my goal was simply to conduct a study to identify the problems my students face in Math and to develop interventions and solutions for them para matulungan at mas matututo pa sila at mahalin ang Math subject. But to my surprise, napili pa para mag present sa Division Research Confab 2024 oh divahhhh lavernnn

A heartfelt thank you Kay Lord Jesus Christ for the gift of wisdom and for guiding me every step of the way in my action research paper.

I also want to express my deepest appreciation to all my Math classes/students from last year sections Archimedes, Mendel, and Boyle who served as the respondents for my study. A big thank you to their class advisers, Ma'am Jen Dio and Ma'am Fe Florida for your support and for allowing your students to participate in my action research. Additionally, I am immensely grateful to my master teacher from last year, Sir Joseph Mallari, who consistently guided and mentored me.

Lastly, a huge thanks to our school research coordinator, Ma'am Reena Lyn Hernandez for her valuable insights and time. Thank you very much to our school principal, Ma'am Virginia N. Noong 2020, sa panahon ng pandemya, nagsimula ang aking advocacy sa pagtulong sa kapwa. Noong taong iyon, inilunsad ko ang isang proyekto na pinamagatang "Piso Mo, Pagkain Ko," isang donation drive para sa mga pamilyang nasalanta ng bagyong Ulysses. Nakalikom kami ng halos 30k mula sa mga donations. Mula sa perang ito, namigay kami ng mga food packs sa Rodriguez, Rizal at Marikina. Sa pananalasa ng bagyong Ulysses, maraming pamilyang nabigyan ng tulong, kabilang ang mga canned goods, noodles, bigas, toothpaste, toothbrush, sabon, at mga lumang damit na pwede pang magamit.

Mula 2021 hanggang 2022, ipinagpatuloy ko ang proyekto para sa mga mahihirap na bata na kabilang sa poorest of the poor. Namigay kami ng mga food packs sa riles ng tren sa Tondo at mga pamilyang nakatira sa loob ng North Cemetery sa Lungsod ng Maynila.

Noong nakaraang taon 2023, naglunsad tayo ng bagong proyekto na pinamagatang "Piso Mo, Regalo Ko Mula sa Puso," kung saan tinutupad natin ang mga simpleng hiling ng mga kabataan sa pamamagitan ng cashless donation thru GCash. Marami tayong wishes na natupad noong nakaraang taon.

Ngayon, kumakatok ulit ako sa inyong mga puso na tulungan ninyo ulit akong tuparin ang mga simpleng hiling ng mga kabataan para sa darating na Pasko sa December 25, 2024. Sana mga ka-friendships, marami ulit tayong mapangiting mga kabataan ngayong Pasko. Nasa baba ang kanilang mga wishes para sa Pasko 2024.

Sa dami ng schools at patrol akalain mo naka overall 3rd place pa kami 😂 Gusto lang naman sana namin mag-enjoy at ipa-experience sa mga bata namin ang BSP Division Camporal pero wala eh nakapasok pa eh😂 kami po yung binabaha na school at MDL at online pa din kami hanggang ngayon pero kami din po yung hindi basta2x sumusuko at magpapatalo sa lahat ng larangan ng competitions, yan ang mga taga Landayan ES. at ito pa bonus recognized pa ako as Best Adult Leader of the year hehehe thank you so much sa mga parents at LES BSP, labyu!

Thank you, Lord! I am thrilled to share that I passed the International Vedic Mathematics Assessment for Level 2. I can hardly believe it! Initially, I thought I wouldn't succeed because Vedic Mathematics has its own unique techniques known as sutras. The passing score ranges from 80pts to 100pts, making it seem nearly impossible to pass the exam, especially since I didn’t review the material thoroughly. I must admit, I struggled with its uniqueness kasi may sariling mundo ang vedic, but I didn't have a choice; I needed to take it in preparation for the International Vedic Math Olympiad. I am incredibly grateful to you, Lord Jesus Christ, for this achievement!
