This year's AniFair's theme is Retro Con which celebrates the love for old-school anime and rejoicing those classic genres.

Everyone is encouraged to cosplay in their favorite characters from the olden animes but these are not compulsory as not everyone has time or resources to craft or buy new costumes.

Since we also promote recycling and environmental awareness with our theme, everyone is encouraged to be artistic and imaginative in their costumes. You can use old clothes or mix and match outfits to fit a certain character - that leads us to also come up with our newest segment, Low Cost Cosplay.

But those who would be taking their way and effort to follow the theme, would receive surprise freebies from the organizers and some booths in the event.

So let me ask you, ARE YOU READY FOR ANIFAIR:RETROCON?? Coz definitely we are!

Please be reminded that COSPLAY IS NOT CONSENT.

“COSPLAY IS NOT CONSENT" will be strictly enforced.
If you witness anyone violating the guidelines of the event, please report them immediately to the Organizers or Staffs who are wearing ID tags.

Remember to collect evidence/s such as photos/videos and witnesses as proof of the violation. If proven guilty, the perpetrator will be removed from the event and may even be banned from future events PERMANENTLY.

Unreported incidents after the event will not be honored anymore as the event has already ended.

Let's make this a safe space to all otakus.
